The rubber gasket needs to be replaced. A small 1/2 circle along the bottom edge of the rubber gasket torn off. No sides of wear nor discoloration. A new gasket for this model is $215. I would not recommend this washer.

I changed the door switch out and still displaying the error code. Tried all the reset options and nothing. LG says I need to call service. I should have stuck with my old washer that worked fine but didn't look as nice and shiny as this one.

Theft by installers

DO NOT have bestbuy install this for you. Installers came out and left in laundry room. Would not hook it up. They were to take the old washer and only the washer. Instead they also took the pedestal for the old washer after being told not to. My son was the one home and they told him that is how they do installs.

Flooded laundry room. bad installation

The person who installed it should have at least waited 10 minutes to ensure there were no problems.

not smart

LG is designed so that you cannot power on the machine remotely. The only way to remotely start/restart a load is to have planned it out ahead of time to be remotely started.
