Great washing machine. Super efficient and quiet. It does a great job of cleaning everything!

Had a previous model from 8 years ago in my previous house. Haven't been able to use a ton yet because this went into new property. Machine runs quiet. The touch screens are a great upgrade to keep the machine looking sleek. Will be interested to test its capacity on queen size items, but all signs point to it being effective.

We have had this unit for a week, it is very quiet and washed clothes quite well. The only issue that was encountered was when paired with the matching pedestal, the mounting equipment does not quite line up. You can make it work, but you must heavily angle the screws to get them to catch. One thing I love thus far is that it can attach to your wifi and you can control it via LGs app for remote cycles.

2 months in and still loving it. No issues and clothes come out as they should.

Great we bought the LG washer /7.4 LG dryer and 2 pedestals. The Guys that delivered the units were great they made quick time installing them and took the time to explain how to use them. Another great purchase and Really like the LG brand .

It’s a really good washer. I had the dryer already and I was going to buy the 6motion. However this one is perfect and it looks and works great . I wish I would have got both the same. The futures on this one is better than the 6 motion . Definable recommended and the sales guy at city’s Best Buy was never helpful.

I am so happy with this washer. I wanted an LG in 2020 when we built our house, but it was 8+ months out on backorder so I got a Samsung. I was so unhappy with how loud it was since our laundry room is on the second floor. You could only adjust how long the spin cycle was, not the strength. That was the main thing I looked for in a new washer and this one is just amazing. On medium spin, you don't hear a thing. It also washes well (I suppose that's important) and the connectivity through my phone is an added perk. Very happy and now Im waiting for my Samsung dryer to die so I can buy the matching dryer.

Not only does this washer look sleek, but its smart technology is out of this world! I love the detergent tank. Instead of me mis-measuring every load, the machine automatically determines the correct amount based on load. It also is super quiet and its smart features are awesome.

I am very pleased with this LG washer and would recommend it.

Our old washer died and we ended up purchasing this one. We have never had an LG before and so far this machine is amazing. It’s so much quieter than my old one and has a bunch of different wash cycles to choose from. I love the LG App and it was easy to hook this machine up to WiFi. Easy to use also which is a huge plus.

Bought in March of 2024! Omg so freaking amazing! My 15, 11 and 7 year old can do their own laundry! Love love love the auto dispense no more over using laundry detergent! I can do 10 loads of laundry in one day. And its so quiet!

Overall, the washer has a sleek and simple design. The washer is relatively quiet when running. The biggest benefit to this washer is its ability to send notifications to your mobile device and google home devices when washer has finished its load.

This washer is doing everything we wanted it to do so far with no issues.

Seems to wash fine. I did have something strange happen. At the of the first two loads we found a small piece of sandpaper in the drum that hadn’t been there when we put the clothes in. No, they didn’t come from our house. When I called the LG service line, she was as stumped as I was. As we were talking, I found a small screw loose in the bottom of the rubber door gasket. She advised me to call Best Buy to get a replacement. I did call and they are delivering a new washer next week. I had a Siemens washer for 20 years that never gave me any trouble until an irreplaceable part broke. Unfortunately, Siemens doesn’t sell washers here any more, and the Bosch from loaders they sell are too small for my needs. I am really hoping the new LG washer doesn’t have the same weird issues that this one does.
