    This is a great washer. I have never owned an LG product but I am a new fan. The app is seamless with some wonderful features. I am able to adjust the temperature, spin speed etc. right from the app to give my wash the personal touches I need. My clothes come out fresh and so clean with far less laundry detergent than I had to use with my old washing machine that came with the house. I received this machine a couple weeks ago and it has been doing the job quite well. I believe that this one will last.

    Cleans clothes very well, it's quiet, efficient, and looks beautiful in our laundry room. The smart technology is nice because it has the capability to send alerts to your phone when your laundry is finished. After years of having Samsung, we're happy we made the switch to LG.

    I know it’s costly but it’s worth the sacrifice. I love the weight sensing, the detergent and softener reservoir, the quietness, the capacity it holds. (I have a family of 5) and can wash a king size comforter with ease.

    It's huge inside. It can handle big heavy loads. Does all of our king size bedding easily. Turbo wash in is my favorite. The auto dispenser is great.I Don't have to put in detergent and fabric softener each wash and you can adjust the amounts that you want it to dispense. Have trouble with Wifi/app connection, but washer is in basement and modem on a second floor. Our last LG front load washer lasted 17 years. Needed one fix 7 years ago which I did myself.

    Went for an upright Samsung for a few years and terrible. This washer clothes come out and very minimal mold build up as the door stays open without the need for door stopper. Also keep detergent drawer out to dry and prevent mold. Great motor in 5.0 model and you can tell stronger and more durable

    This washer has a lot of interesting features and looks great. Im not sure the difference in all the types of wash cycles it has but clothes come out clean so I cant complain. We havent had any issues with odor like some others mention with front load washers but we leave the door open when not in use. It is a great upgrade from a small basic top load washer.
