    This washer will not only wash but it will wash large quilts. I’ve got a queen sized bed and have no issues with all my bedding. The problem comes in when you have to network this washer to your internet. I got help at the beginning and it worked well. I had trouble when my internet service provider upgraded my internet speeds. I got a different router which changed things. Fortunately for me it was after warranty. I called Best Buy total membership service which did 5 minutes of help then they passed me on to LG support. LG charges to go farther to resolve. I didn’t pay. So now I don’t have connectivity for the added functionality. Now my washer is just like any other washer. Disappointed after paying premium price and now reduced to regular

    The washer is very easy to use as and the delivery and installation were excellent. However, make sure the water bibs coming out of the wall are new or up to code. Otherwise, the installers will not actually install the washer, and you will need to have them come back like we did.

    Went for an upright Samsung for a few years and terrible. This washer clothes come out and very minimal mold build up as the door stays open without the need for door stopper. Also keep detergent drawer out to dry and prevent mold. Great motor in 5.0 model and you can tell stronger and more durable

    I love this washing machine I’ve been loyal to LG machines for like 15 years and my LG washer. I love it cause I’m a nurse so when I’m taking care of Covid patients Pepi, any bacteria, any respiratory disease, I know my LG washer or disinfect clean my clothes so I thank you I think you for the customer service at Best Buy.
