This washer is just what we were looking for to upgrade our laundry room. It is a sleek, modern looking washer that goes well with our laundry room's aesthetics. It washes our clothes better than any of our previous washers in a fraction of the time. Couldn't recommend anything better than an LG washer, best quality out of all of the others.

What originally gets you is that sleek black finish... Then you get them home and the magic happens! I can now trust my kids to do the laundry without over doing the soap, or using the wrong temp water. Not even my husband can mess this up! I've never enjoyed doing laundry more. And my laundry has never been so caught up! The app reminders saying 'hey, get off your butt and switch loads or your clothes are going to smell like swamp bootie' is super helpful! Love this set!

I love my washer, it clean very good, I love the AI wash feature. Only down side it it can't wash heavy blankets

This washer is great.Love it. I truly trust LG because the last washer that I had lasted 12 years and was still working great. I just wanted to upgrade. I also like that the drums light up. I highly recommend LG.

I really was skeptical, since I have been avoiding front loaders for years. I have to say, I am so impressed with this washer/dryer combo. Doing Laundry is actually a nice experience! I particularly like the feature where I can load up the soap dispenser so I don’t have to add soap every load. I just throw my laundry in and press AI wash…so easy!

This machine has some unique features that I did not have in my old washer. One if the main feature that I love is it’s quietness when it is in operation. Another cool feature is the magnetic door chuck that leaves an opening for air to dry out any residual moisture.

Best washing machine ever. I just hit the AI wash and it takes care of everything for me. I love how it will also remind me if anybody left clothes in after the cycle is done to prevent that old wet clothes smell

It’s an amazing product. We can’t complain. The best part about the product is they sync up with AI for both washer and dryer. The clothes come out fresh and clean. The noise level is very low compared to our old one. The washer indicates when cleaning is required and very easy to clean with low maintainence. It’s Wi-Fi controller so we know when to start, stop and pause the machine.

The sound is small, the time is short, and the washing is done well. I am very satisfied.
