Pillows won't spin dry

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase a GE set and return it in less than 30 days and purchase this LG set on 1/25 and for the most part however I am washing a few pillows, and the washer will not spin dry it keeps saying the machine is unbalance so I have two pillows that I can't dry. Not sure I could recommend this product

Love this washer!

The drums size is perfect for larger loads. The options for types of loads is a great feature. The ability to have the app on your phone to let you know how much time is left and when the wash is complete is what I love most about this washer. We have 8 people that do wash in our home and I can stay on top of the loads so laundry is not left in the washer .

The installation process was done by Best Buy and the workers did a good job hooking everything up. I hooked it up to my home Internet and I can view everything from my phone. I highly recommend this product.

Let's take a look at ALL the things that are wrong with it, and I have only had it around 6 months. 1 - It gives a drainage error EVERY SINGLE TIME I wash anything. We have always taken very good care of the machine, including cleaning out any filters, etc. We have done everything to rectify this problem of having constant drainage errors. We now have to keep a vacuum next to the washing machine to "clear" the "clog" for a load to even finish. 2 - The screen on the front knob is unreadaable about half the time. (see photo) We have to unplug it to reset the screen. It will stay fixed for a couple of days and then become unreadable again. 3 - The machine WILL NOT DRY in AI mode no matter what we do. The clothes come out warm and soaking wet. The machine will dry on every other cycle, except for any of the AI stuff. So, please save yourself some annoyance and buy absolutely anything on planet Earth except this machine. We have someone "coming out to look at it". However, I don't see how they are going to be able to fix this lemon.

I don't have to fill it for every load and I can trust my kids are not putting to much or too little when they do their own laundry. Quiet and efficient. My favorite washer to date.

I didnt realize how poorly our old washer worked and am amazed at how efficient and effective this unit is! The smart aspect and receiving push notifications to the phone and tv when a cycle is done is convenient also. I cant say enough how happy I am. Looking forward to update the rest of our appliance to LG over time

It takes the guess work out when washing different materials. Coming from having the new GE washing machines that sounded like rockets taking off, LG doesn't have a lot of vibration noises when installed with pedestals.
