    I ordered expensive appliances, extremely frustrated with poor customer service of Best Buy. Their tech had language problem, left without installation, waited 9 days to get it and then another 7 days until someone else come to install it. I had to contact them at least 10 time, offshore staff they spoke alien language as if talking to a robot. I requested that a manager from the States call me, which never happened.

    I don’t recommend this product. The unit has stopped in the middle of a wash cycle twice and has odd smell after a wash. Think old gym close. Unfortunately, we missed our return date hoping it would get better.

    This is the best washer I’ve ever had. It is huge, big enough to wash all the comforters I haven’t been able to wash at home. The controls are easy to learn, and the options are virtually unlimited. My clothes are perfectly washed, they come out smelling clean and fresh, something my old washer wasn’t doing anymore. It is truly He, uses very little detergent and softener but gets the clothes nice and clean.
