Easy to use and everything comes out clean. Great for bedding and blankets.

This washing machine has sufficient load capacity. Very quiet and very little vibration.

Clean wash. Some vibration in spin cycle (glad it's in the garage). Purchase transaction at the store was good except they snuck in a Best Buy rewards card without mentioning they made that move. $50.00 a YEAR ?? Not happy with that move!

It is not too high to reach in. It works very quietly. The panel for settings is easy to read.

While this unit has most of the best features of LG washers, I’m disappointed wash modes, and the users ability to modify each mode. A unit at this price should allow things like, 1) manually adding an extra rinse cycle across all was modes, 2) adding water plus to most modes without automatically forcing you to the deep wash mode, and 3) allowing all temp and spin variations across all modes. I had this functionality in an older euro model and now regret not keeping it. It was better than this new unit.

After over one month of use, we happily report clean clothes and a quiet laundry room! Im holding back one star because it was scary noisey for one load - but our son likely overloaded it, and it thankfully has been fine awfterwards.

My wife loves it Cleans well, large capacity, no mold smell like our old top loader. Installers were great.

Use the settings as they are intended. I absolutely adore this machine. I had a hiccup early on because I changed the spin speed for bedding and that upset the balance. The troubleshooting guide got me through. The machine knows best in this instance and I'm good with that. I absolutely love this washer and am so grateful I was able to purchase it when I needed it most.

It works well cleans efficiently and saves money by measuring the load before runnibg water.

Washer works great except it came with a leaky drain hose. Don’t calmBest buy for parts, they don’t carry them. Just call LG and they will send a replacement.

this machine was larger capacity than I was shopping for. But the price was right so we purchased it. Since then wash day time has improved. I have found the LG brand to be durable and long lasting. This is our second LG washer and so far we are verry happy with our purchase.

Quiet, easy to use and gets the cloths clean. Also keeps the load from get off balance.

Love this washer. My clothing seem much cleaner I like that when you set the setting you want it gives what they think is the correct setting Only problem I’m having is the settings. Like double rinse Make sure and have someone show you. Love being able to look in and see my clothing washing. There needs to be a setting for the finished washing for deaf people to hear. It’s a very quiet melody
