very spacious and powerful. I like the topload feature instead of the front load washers.

Nice big inside drum that can fit a large comforter. Normal cycle is around 39 minutes, which saves a lot of energy. Plays annoying music at the end of the cycle, which is really loud. Lint sticks to the clothes and clothes threads unravel. It is great at ringing the water out. I just wish it would be more gentle on the clothes. Don't put clothes in the middle of the repeller or else you will get an error code. Also, the power/start buttons are touch-sensor. My previous LG washer had the same buttons, and only lasted nine months. We'll see how long this one lasts. I wish LG would improve their washing machine technology.

First, it took us a while to get to perfect settings, but all figured out. Use extra spin and extra water, it works magic on normal wash. Warm temp is enough for the water. Our electric bill also and decreased. Yes!

Had for two years now and have zero complaints. Been through one move as well and still works amazing. Would recommend

Needed to replace 23 year old Washer and these new ones are so different. they are so deep and use so little water I was not sure I had made a good choice. But after learning how to use this washer really cleans well and removes more water so less drying time. Very pleased

This is an excellant product. Nice to get a new washer that no longer has a large arm in the middle. In this manner, clothes and sheets are no longer wrapped around this former standard feature. New technology has saved the day. This product also has several new feaures. Overall, highly recommend this product

I love this washing machine!!! It is great and I actually like doing the laundry now! :) The only thing is that I am rather petite (5’4”) and I have to use a little stool to stand on to reach down into the tub to get the washed clothes out to put them in the dryer.

So far I love this washer. I was told by Bradley the sales representative at Best Buy that this is the best washer to own and he wasn’t pushy. He just gave me the facts. My old washer was 8 years old and still worked fine but a know Samsung issue is gunk build up under the impeller resulting in my clothes getting moldy gunk on them. It was a pain to remove the impeller and clean it every month. The tablet cleaning didn’t work bc this impeller piece was plastic not stainless steel. So Bradley told me the LG would be a great replacement as him and his family have only used the same model for 10 years with no problem. THEN I knew I had made a wonderful purchase when the delivery guy said to me the LG washer was hands down the best and he has the same one and I would not regret my purchase. So far they are correct. We are not hard on things so I’m certain this one will last me as long as I need it to.
