I was skeptical as to the performance of a washing machine without an agitator however this machine has instilled hope in an old timer. I have washed about eight loads of laundry so far, and everything came out perfectly.

No problems so far. Easy to use,but it helps to read on line manual. Bought this model so my wife could reach the bottom of the drum. Larger cu. ft. is too deep. Delivery and set up was quick,but it's up to you to figure out the controls.

I am totally in love with my new washer. It operates so quietly. and my clothes never get tangled the way they did in my old washer I would recommend this to any one.

A good looking machine, and it so far is doing a great job of washing our clothes. Delivery guys were great. The only criticism we have is that the paper instruction manual is incomplete. It says nothing about the pull out detergent tray on the inner back side of the opening. I’m so tall I couldn’t see the labels identifying it. Only after using the QR code in the manual to see the complete manual online did we see it mentioned. I don’t see the point of including an incomplete paper manual if you’re going to require us to go online for the complete manual. The washer itself is fantastic.

I haven't received it yet. Delivery is scheduled for 3/14/2025. I wasn't made aware at the time of purchase the item wasn't Available until March. I left the store believing it would be delivered on 2/14/2025. When got home and reviewed the documents that's when I became aware of the March date.

Great washer! Had one before, loved it bought another one ! Can fit my bedspread in it easily .. or blankets.. good size!! My family liked so much they also bought them for their house also!!

Works great no issues cleans good very quite can wash a king size comforter and sheets plus pillow cases without losing balance. Soap dispenser is easy to clean and use.

We love our LG huge washer and dryer set . They are so modern and quiet.

Its clean always not even a water spot. Gave up the previous front load washer because of the mold inside the rubber flap around the door. What a terrible design. Got tired of cleanind it after every two loads. GROSS slimy smelly mold. So glad to have this new washer its spotless clean not even water spots on the glass lid ... it's a top loader. The matching dryer is great as well ❣️

Works as expected. Great features with Plenty of space in a compact package. Smaller than most washers with the same cubic FT and less heavy.

This is my first direct drive washer. My old washer belt and gear assembly fell apart at eight years. This washer is so quiet, cleans well, and very efficient. It has a nice warranty on the direct drive motor so very happy so far.

So far so good. A couple of months in, this is a huge up grade over our last washer as it’s more efficient with less damage to clothes. Durability remains to be seen but at this point it was a cost effective purchase
