Overall I like this washer unit as far as the washing standards go. The only thing I'm having issues with is that the Softener and Detergent compartments seem to hold water in them after all is said and done and I have to empty the water out.

The washer is great- I compared quite a few before actually going to the store. We had the BEST associate help us, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made it really easy for us to choose. You don’t get this kind of service at other stores. It is the reason we bought from Best Buy.

I absolutely Love this LG Washer and Dryer. I first thought I was going to buy the washer, my old sears one burned out. I Love Best By and the young man that helped me, oh so great at the job. Kind, Polite, and very Helpful. I wish all sales people wherever they work treat their customers like this young man did. I bought the Dryer also, Love them both... Thanks Best Buy, Kudos to your staff.

Looks good and works good -- have had LG appliance before and have been happy with them. I especially like the 10 year motor warranty for LG washers.

Does exactly what it is suppose to do, washes my clothes! It is easy to use and gets the job done.

I love my new washer. It is just what I wanted and it does a wonderful job. I love not having the big spinner in the middle. It allows me to do comforters with no problems.

So far, so good. No complaints. We replaced an LG washer that only lasted about 6 years. Hopefully we'll have better luck with this new LG model.

Operates as prescribed. Cleans clothes and spins them very well so they do indeed dry faster.

Best washer I’ve ever had so far. Clothes are so clean. Run time is better than my old washer. Tub is more than big enough for king bedding. So far so good!

Wash settings are great from bedding to delicates and in between. The one thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that heavy dirt build , sand , debris in clothes can stick to bottom of wash drum. Have to make sure that’s clean before putting to wash again. Also the buttons take getting use to . I have had this thing for over a year and still can’t figure out how to drain and spin when clothes are still soaking wet . This is usually a big load with towels stuck inside sheets , etc.

I’ve had it for almost a year and it works very well. I’m very satisfied so far.

Love this ma home. Much quieter than our last. The old one shook the house when it spun.

so far so good ease of use washer seems solid but needs to have a little more features also needs to have a how to user manual included with product instead of having to view online it sort of shakes and rattles a little during the spin cycle over all it seems to work well

This is a great washing machine! It is quick, fast, energy efficient and get the clothes sooo clean! I can put so many clothes in it that it saves me time because rather than 6 loaded, I only have 3 loads of clothes!

I love my new LG Washer. I was not sure about purchasing a washer with impeller instead of agitator. I am glad to say it is Awesome.
