    Best Buy went above and beyond in replacing a washer. It’s best to pay a little more and get Total Tech. I love my new LG washer.

    The washer is great- I compared quite a few before actually going to the store. We had the BEST associate help us, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made it really easy for us to choose. You don’t get this kind of service at other stores. It is the reason we bought from Best Buy.

    The washer does a very good job. I replaced the sideload washer with the LG top load washer the top load washer does a better job cleaning our clothes.

    Overall I like this washer unit as far as the washing standards go. The only thing I'm having issues with is that the Softener and Detergent compartments seem to hold water in them after all is said and done and I have to empty the water out.
