    I’m quite pleased with my washer purchase. I do wish that the instructions were a bit more user friendly. I obviously used the wrong setting to wash my blankets and the washer kept refilling and did not spin and drain. It took quite a while to find the solution to the problem. But on a side note, when your load is completed it plays a lovely little song that goes on for sometime! Lol

    Excellent washing machine so far. We had to print the directions, but we're still liking it, especially since we were "NOT" going to get a washer without an agitator. Consumer Reports gave it a "best buy" (literally) rating of 85 which is one of the higher ratings. So we decided to go for it!

    So far, so good. My wife likes it a lot better than her front load. 4 stars from me because i feel they could have engineered out a little more of the vibration on the spin cycle, but then again, my wife could choose to spin s little slower. They also honored a lower price that came up 10 days later!
