She likes the new technology without an agitator and learned to use it very quickly. Also your delivery people were very pleasant and professional. Thanks.

Still learning what settings are best

Wish I could just say I want this much water and not rely on the sensors. I washed one blanket and it filled to the very top of the machine. Definitely an over fill.

Great washer for the money. Clothes are clean and the large drum can handle a 6x9 rug gable area rug.

The old LG lasted about 11 years. I hope to get at least a similar return on this investment.

The settings are not user friendly. If I put it on normal wash I can't adjust the other settings such as time, spin or soil. I thought that there was a malfunction with the machine but when I called customer service I was told that I could'nt change the settings. The Maytag washer and dryer I previously had was much better.
