    Happy with the overall performance of this washer. I'm only giving it 4 stars though because the tub is so deep that I have a difficult time getting my smaller items out of it without the assistance of a wooden spoon or grabber. I'm short so beware of this issue.

    I am just shy of five feet tall and have a difficult time reaching the clothes on the bottom of the drum. I have to use a stool to remove all of the clothes. Other than that, it is a wonderful machine and very easy to use. Unfortunately, I have to exchange it for a front loader,

    This washer is absolutely amazing and we had exchanged a whirlpool washer we bought a few weeks earlier that didn’t wash my clothes at all. Thank goodness for the rep that helped us!!! She was great and we were able to exchange with no problem and pay the difference for this one!! Thank you Best Buy

    As with the previous two models of LG high-efficiency top-load washers that I have owned, I find this new model works well to clean clothes. I do miss, however, the "permanent press" wash cycle, as that was my go-to cycle.
