For the price, they are excellent. The delivery and install techs were prompt in making sure the items were leveled & worked properly before leaving.

It was loud when the water filled and there wasn’t a place to put the detergent or fabric softener. Really like this LG!

Took a little bit to get used to using it as it was so much more advanced than my prior washer. It really is easy to use. Clothes come out very clean. So glad I switched back to a top load machine.

Main issue is the water level, it does not cover all the clothes in a load. I have read instructions and tried everything to increase the amount of water used, but there is no way to do so. I was also expecting a much quieter machine.
