Best Buy had the best price for Thanksgiving black Friday. I gave it four stars because I haven’t received the product yet. Once I do, I will update my review.

However, this is not the case for us. It makes a continuous high-pitched ringing noise anytime the drum moves/spins. I’m not sure if we got a faulty product or if it was installed incorrectly (we paid for installation through Best Buy).

The manufacturer should put newer manuals in each. We had to search for better operating manuals. High Efficiency requires changing expectations.
