    The machine did not work on first try, no power. The Gig Squad came in to verify and the parts were ordered. The parts came in and the technician did not show up on in-home appointment. Contact Gig Squad the next day and just let me running around. The machine is still waiting for the repair! The return/exchange window has passed for 4 days. So the issue is still open.
