I'm going insane trying to get my clothes clean! I have tried several HE detergents, scent boosters, and Oxi clean to no avail. I have the settings on heavy soil, deep wash, with extra water added and my clothes still come out stained and dirty. Not sure if it's because it's top load and doesn't have an agitator, but I would avoid this model.

The water pump never turned on to drain the tub. Had to lay the hose out flat to get the water to gravity drain out. Called LG and they said I could get a new unit. Best Buy said it would take a week to get delivered and I already tossed out my old machine so I was about to be left with nothing. I took a chance and opened up the back of the machine to find that the pump wire harness was not connected. I plugged it in and now everything seems fine. Pretty poor quality control at LG. Oh and by the way I also had purchased a new dryer at the same time. It doesn’t work either. I get an intermittent gas supply error. I know the gas supply is fine, my old dryer worked for 20 years. I think it’s the gas valve or control board causing the issue so I’m not able to fix this one. Bottom line is, I’ll never buy an LG product again. The quality control is pathetic.
