Some clothing stays dry. (The soapy water does not touch it.) You MUST use the 'Deep Water' setting. 'Normal' setting does not work on light loads. Also the water flowing through soap dispenser does not remove ALL of a single, small scoop of powered soap from the soap tray, so during the rinse cycle SOAP IS MIXED INTO THE RINSE WATER. Powdered soap MUST go directly into the tub, and NOT into the soap tray. Furthermore the automatic arrangement for distributing the clothing in the tub, does not work very well. It is best to go back, about 8 minutes into the cycle, and distribute the load, so that everything is submerged.

You won't hear from them. They wont reschedule. When you call the automated system will hang up on you. When eventually you beat phone support and get to speak to them they will tell you it is another month till you can get it, even though best buy gets it in just two days. When you elevate to the supervisor he will tell you they wont get it for a month and magically I am expected to believe it will arrive and be installed the same day. No one at BestBuy will take ownership of problems they create. I hope the machine is worth the hassle they have caused me!

I was expecting to be able to do larger loads and get better washing results, but unfortunately, that's not what I got. This washer is mediocre at best. I often find myself having to re-wash items because they don't seem clean after the first wash. And it's not like our clothes are especially dirty to begin with. Plus, trying to wash a blanket is just not possible - they always end up in a dome up in the middle and don't come out clean at all. I really dislike this washer and wish I could go back and purchase something else.
