Now I have to what a week for an exchanged. I have no washer. The delivery people were great. They product no so good. They disconnected the washer for now and I am waiting for the exchange from Best Buy. Might be at least a week. I am hoping for it faster. No laundry mats near by and I live by myself retired. Never got to use it.

Doesn’t even add enough water to cover my laundry.

I purchased this washer last month. Today I put in a mid sized load and watched the machine fill and start washing. It did not add enough water to cover all my clothes. I watched it agitate for a few minutes thinking it would add more water.. it didn’t. I finally found out how to add enough waster to barely cover my clothes. I understand conserving water, but this is rediclious. I’d return the washer, but have had it more than 2 weeks. If you want your clothes to get wet in the washer, don’t buy this model.

Shot after 2 months! Best Buy won’t help

Damaged Upon Delivery

Washer arrived damaged on delivery so I had to refuse it. The dryer had scratches too. Best Buy said it would be a month and a half to get a replacement delivered. That’s unacceptable. Went elsewhere and the salesman was adamant that he couldn’t recommend an LG and that the Best Buy salesman are incentivized to sell certain brands. Don’t know if that’s true but worth a share.

Unhappy with that LG washer

Sorry I bought this washing machine, The one I had before, a Maytag, for almost 30 years, with minor repairs throughout the years, and washed properly that whole time!

Problems with the seller not washer

We were asked to reschedule the delivery on 25th February. A person reached out to me that due to the damage of the product we have to reschedule the delivery again. No response to my calls, no response to my email, just request to reschedule 3 more (!!!!) times….. super upset that after dealing with them for 3 weeks we still don’t have the washer. We canceled the purchase and will go buy elsewhere.

Horrible Washer

Since replacing my old washer with this junk broke me financially, I'm looking into purchasing a hand powered washer with an AGGITATOR. Washes poorly, clothes dry stiff. The only time the washer works well is when I stop it, add water, then hand wash what's in the tub. Same with rinse. It's a stupid idea for a washer. BUY A MACHINE WITH A AGGITATOR.

Say No to the Washer!

Bought brand new and it has not worked right since. Already had service repair (that they keep rescheduling). It doesn’t sense the wash load correctly and therefore I have to constantly turn it off and on to get the water level up! Highly upset with this experience!!!!

Had it 2 months and it hasn't completed a single wash cycle without erroring out. LG support is non-existent so don't waste your time there. On top of that we're Best Buy "my Best Buy Total" members and Best Buy just told us "nothing we can do". Would give zero stars if possible. I have a $600 paperweight now.
