They were so helpful and knowledgeable about washing machines. They were the reason we chose to purchase from Best Buy. We researched so many washers at so many different stores. I wanted a machine that could wash a king size comforter, basic functions, no agitator and a top loader with a clear, see through top. If you use the correct setting, sort your laundry correctly and use the right detergent you will be very satisfied. Read the manual, this is a great machine if you use it right. We replaced our 27 year old Whirlpool with LG due to our research.
