    Awful washer. The smart features aren’t smart at all. Consistently runs through cycles multiple times and continues to fill water to the brim, then drain water during a cycle over and over.

    worse shopping experience of my life

    this is the worst shopping experience ive ever had. its a toal month and Best Buy still owes me $500. noone in the entire stote knew how to cancel this machine and issue a new order. therefore, i went to Home Depot

    Dirty laundry

    First one delivered was poked with a fork lift and cut the power cord off and damaged the water manifold. Second one delivered flooded my kitchen as rats ate the hoses off the inside. A third on is now being ordered. Maybe three is a charm.

    Washer shaking violently during use. This was second time running the machine. I had mutiple washers and I know it doesnt shake that much

    This machine does not wash well. Towels don't come out white and clothes come out wrinkled. Nothing smells clean. wish I could return it!

    The impeller cap broke off after my second load. I returnd it. The company has to find a better way to cover the impeller.

    Brand new LG washer and it does not work!! And they can't get the same one!!! I'm getting another LG delivered and hope it works. I can't recommend it at this time.
