surround sound quality without the big time expense, bass sub woofer is perfect with just enough without being too much

I came from big floor standing speakers, powered sub-woofer, and rear channel speaker all running through an expensive receiver. All that is gone to the moth balls. All I have now with my new LG OLED 4K TV is this sound bar and I could not be more pleased. I hear voices better than before at lower volume and when I want the full theater effect, I crank it up and it does not dissappoint. I love this set up. Less stuff, less components, simple set up. Fantastic.

I had visited Best Buy stores in Grand Forks and Bismarck, ND. Both stores showed me the LG sound bar and a competitor sound bar. I bought the LG to match the LG television I purchased because it had better sound enabling me to hear voices clearer. As a plus, I have a Direct TV as a satellite provider and the Direct TV remote simultaneously controls both the tv and sound bar. The exception is when I watch Netflix, Amazon Prine, etc. I would buy this product again.

Great sound. Base is in your heart. You can do different settings on it and change it to your preference.

I bought this a 3 weeks ago and happy with purchase. Pros: Very sleek and good looking sound bar Very good sound quality with Dolby Atmos support Features like chrome cast /wifi is convinient Cons: Only one HdmI input Dolby Atmos content is very minimal and I think only LG oled tvs have capability to pass this sound through HDMI ARC. If you have other TVs you need to connect sound bar to source like Xbox directly.

I live in a condo so extreme volume is not possible very often. This sound bar has the capability for extreme sound but at medium range it is perfect. I don't need to pump up the volume to hear excellent sound. Do yourself a favor and buy this sound bar.

Sound bar is so great that it sounds awesome. The Dolby sound makes you feel right in the movie.

Before purchasing this soundbar, I read different reviews on multiple bars like the SONOS and BOSE. For the price I got it for, i am satisfied with the product. This bar punches out some serious bass. Voices from movies can be heard clearly. As for the DOLBY ATMOS part, it's sort of a wasted tech because my tv does not support the atmos out. There are only a few content for atmos out there.

After testing 7 sound bars, this was a hands down perfect match for the LG 4 K TV. Sound is crisp and I'm hard of hearing. I have now turned off close captioning. Listen to it at Best Buy and you will be sold.
