I've owned this since February, and everything was fine at first. It isn't very loud. But I adjusted. Last month, the audio started cutting in and out on the rear speakers. I have spoken with LG customer service twice and was told to do a full reset. This solves the problem for about a week, but then it returns to the same issue. My TVs are all Samsung, and I listened to the salesperson and bought this. I regret it. The unit is still under warranty, but I'd have to box it up and ship it to LG and await testing/repair/replacement, which will be 7-10 business days. I wish I could give this zero stars, and I will never buy LG again. This is clearly a lemon and I am not happy!!!

I drove a long way to pick this up at Best Buy Thousand Oaks. The guy at the counter assured me all items were in the box: cables, remote, etc. He lied to my face; all were missing. No cables, remote, etc. I had to drive to another Best Buy and return it. Unforgivably irresponsible and glib! Avoid Best But Thousand Oaks at all costs!

The first unit I bought would not stay connected to my brand new LG TV so I returned it as perhaps it was a lemon per geek squad. The new one is worse so I called back at day 16 and they said you had to return it by day 15. I’m stuck with a $500 sound bar that disconnects whenever it feels like it. I’m not pleased.

For a system designed for LG televisions the overall sound quality is very poor! Sales guys recomended this for the very reason LG is for LG.

I have been in the marker for a good soundbar and subwoofer combo. I stumbled upon the entry level brother of this big boy, and let me tell you I think this is the right set of speakers for those who enjoy elevated sounds, crisp immersive sound, and loud bass. Some of the comments regarding the bass have said it was lacking kick or strength, but im not going to assume, but the app is the key factor in how this sound system will function. I placed it in the setting for bass, cranked it up to the highest setting and its wayyyyy more than enough. The different functions on the app tell the speakers how to function. The cost is for sure higher than the entry level speaker, but this one is perfect for me and the use im planning on putting her through. When you compare it to the sony, bose, sonos, youre in a different tax bracket if you dont mind paying $400+ for each set that came with this system. Overall, extremely satisfied! If you are in the market for something more elevated and dont mind spending, please consider this set!

This soundbar is limited by not having an equalizer for fine tuning to meet your specific listening requirements. I find the upfiring center channel to be sub-par. Voice sound should be crystal clear but it’s not. It gets mixed in with all other sound. Shop around

I bought this for my brand new LG C4 OLED 65” TV. After spending a long time with LG support, the soundbar wouldn’t even turn on. I returned it and did not want a replacement. Support was mot even surprised it wouldn’t turn on and told me it was defective. Reading between the lines, I think this happens a lot!!
