Disappointing

The soundbar and surround sound speakers were just super loud and the bass speaker did not provide any basic, much less deep bass tones. I downloaded the recommended LG app so i could adjust the sound manually and still only had very loud volumes. The system may work better in a small bedroom, but was very disappointing in the living room. Needless to say I returned the system.

The sound was good but the bass is non existent. Unfortunately we are returning solely for the bass. Too high of a price point for lack of bass.

When you get an uncompressed signal it thumps even more. Pro tip if you have a car don’t let it lay on the remote. That may turn volume up to max and startle you both.
