Causes WiFi issues

But the way the wireless speakers connect makes home wifi unusable. I guess they connect over the 5Ghz band which is how routers work as well, causing massive interference. Was suggested to buy a new router and change the wifi channel but I’m no IT guy and not willing to do that. Will be returning to store tomorrow unless I can figure out how to make it work.

It isn't very loud. But I adjusted. Last month, the audio started cutting in and out on the rear speakers. I have spoken with LG customer service twice and was told to do a full reset. This solves the problem for about a week, but then it returns to the same issue. My TVs are all Samsung, and I listened to the salesperson and bought this. I regret it. The unit is still under warranty, but I'd have to box it up and ship it to LG and await testing/repair/replacement, which will be 7-10 business days. I wish I could give this zero stars, and I will never buy LG again. This is clearly a lemon and I am not happy!!!

The guy at the counter assured me all items were in the box: cables, remote, etc. He lied to my face; all were missing. No cables, remote, etc. I had to drive to another Best Buy and return it. Unforgivably irresponsible and glib! Avoid Best But Thousand Oaks at all costs!
