DOIBLE CHECK COMPATIBILITY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when purchased no one informed us that this product was INCOMPATIBLE with the Sony TV we purchased AT THE SAME TIME. still to this day we have trouble with connectablility. often time we will need to completely unplug everything and replug a few times to get it to work again.

However, Best Buy states this has Wifi capabilities and it doesnt. Wifi capibility was one of the main reasons I upgraded to this model.

However, changing the bar's sound from AI to Clear Voice to music, gamming, etc., is not easy. It's very cumbersome, time consuming and takes too long. Consequently, since some channels/programs are not recording very well (the sound goes up and down as does the bass vs the treble), it is frustrating and annoying to make any changes to the bar. This is only my second sound bar, so I don't have much to compare.
