We have owned some of the best models made, but none of them compared to this one. It's capacity and functions are so advance. We shouldn't need another set for many years. The TurboWash is a unbelievable. Clothes are much more cleaner.

We were long overdue for an upgrade! This washer meets our needs as a family of five, two dogs and a cat. Wife is now happy and that makes everyone else happy. Best money spent in a while. Very quiet, attractive, handles large loads with ease and from what we can discern thus far, efficient.

So much more than a standard washing machine! So many options that I'm still learning them. Quite...and I love how it tells me the time remaining on a load. Also can download special washes...haven't done that yet, but love the option.

We replaced our Samsung washer with this LG and am very impressed with how easy this machine is to use. It is loaded with features and does an amazing job getting even the worst stains our of clothing. Still experimenting with all the options but really am happy with the purchase.

This washer is wonderful I've been waiting for it to come out since I saw it at CES. The spin cycle is pretty quiet and the option to clean my clothes with steam is awesome and gets them pretty clean. The only complaint I would have is with the app LG makes it is awful and a pain to set up. Other than that it's great.

I take care of my mom - and need a laundrymat in my home - this product helps because of it's large capacity - and the ability to pair it with the sidekick - so I can do a large and a small load at the same time. I never had a front loading washer before - and I am happy I got it.

It's quiet ,water and energy efficient with the downloadable app you can manage to keep track of wash time while doing other things around the house,you can also stop or start a wash with the app ,you leave a load ready and start cycle with the app while you away from home running errands come home in time to just throw wash in dryer saving time to do other things

Our favorite two features are the large capacity and sliding top that opens to the detergent inputs. It’s great to be able to wash a lot of clothes at once and also easily add detergent.

Huge washer. Does fit a king sized comforter and sheets easily. I love the wifi option because now i can start a load from work and its done by the time i get home. Can throw the clothes right into the dryer.

Washes fast and gets stuff clean on normal. Really like the other settings for speciality things or bulky items. Just hook me up with a trident... Laundry being defeated a load at a time.

I recently replaced my first generation LG washer/dryer with the new ones. WOW! I thought my old ones had a lot of capacity! I'm now down from 2 loads for my husband and myself every week to only one! So much more free time! And yes, it does a great job.

We love our new washer & Dryer. Fits perfect in our laundry room and color is a perfect match. The settings work great for large or small loads and their is actually a choice for towels. Never seen this before- easy to operate and very functional for Us.

I was looking for a machine with the capacity to handle my king-size comforter. This machine fit the bill perfectly. It easily handles my comforter. I am very impressed with how well it extracts water, which reduces drying time as well. Very happy with my purchase!

It took me some time to research which washer I wanted, and when I finally had decided on this one I really feel it was the right one. It can really handle a large load and seem to be balanced very well when washing clothes.

Loved our Samsung washer, but it was top load and it looked like she would fall in trying to empty it. This washer picked up right where that one left off. Love the speed of the turbo wash and clothes still seem clean

I had this machine for about a month now, so far it’s working great. I love that the cloth feel clean and fresh. I like that u can also set the WiFi in the machine and have the cloth in and start the wash before u get home. It’s a great feature!!!

So far the washer works very well and is simple to use. Best Buy’s installation was fantastic. Giving 4 stars as the lock function doesn’t lock the on/off button and both my wife and I keep accidentally turning off the washer mid cycle when reaching our cabinets above it. This is the same issue with the matching dryer.

This washer cleans everything perfectly. Spins water out to the point the clothes are almost dry. The smart app is great and allows complete remote control and notifications. I can be in a different state and know when hubby has finished laundry.
