Still works great! The only negative, it doesn't seem to want to hook up with our Orbi, but not a deal breaker. Cleans well and that's a top priority for me.

My 1st front loading washing machine & I love it! Love the different settings & the capacity! We've had the machine for almost 2 months & haven't had any problems with odors! The wireless iphone app is pretty useless though, but that's not why we bought this item.

Very nice upgrade from old Bosch washer. Just don’t forget to measure doorway openings I had to remove door trim to get it into the laundry room it’s big!

Top of the line LG washer. Smart connectivity sends alerts directly to your phone when a load is done. Love the size of the washer; easily fits any size load (clothing, bedding, towels etc).

Washer is great, and I love the tilted drum as it makes getting stuff out easier. I have no idea why I would want wi-fi connectivity, but its a great washer with lots of features. My clothes smell fresh and not all front loaders can pull that off.

This is an excellent large capacity washer! Clothes smell fresh and look clean with minimal detergent. The steam cycles get the grime out and give your towels a fresh make over!

My daughter loves this washer/dryer set. Nice color, look beautiful with navy paint on the walls. Good features and fit big loads...necessary with two mastiffs in the house! lol

I love the LG washer and how fast and thorough it cleans the clothing, but with the way the controls are placed on the machine, I have inadvertently touched the button that stops the cycle and turns it off. Maybe a rethink of where the dials are placed for the future manufacture of this product.

I absolutely would recommend this washer/dryer set. My husband and I work a lot, it is so nice to have cut laundry time in half!! The capacity is amazing. Can easily fit a king size comforter. And basically fits twice what our old washer did in one load.

This is a great machine for large loads. It cleans well with low water usage. Controls are really easy to use and have all the specific settings you could ask for

I Was tired of fixing my Maytag Bravo Washer. I purchased this LG because it does everything as needed and more! Tons of apps VIA iPhone or android. It also holds a king size comforter no Problem. This so far was a great purchase from LG and Best Buy!!

Great features, easy to operate and the results of the washers quality are very good. The Best part for me is that I can wash a king size comforter and it fits well. The washer cycles vary in time but the best is the turbo wash.

I like the analysis of the load and calculation of the required wash and rinse times. It always takes less time to completion than the old machine. The unit is also quiet and has less vibration than the Samsung ( eight years old ) that it replaced.

This is a great washer. Make sure that the delivery guys don't scratch the front on it with their strap. Also make sure that it is balanced properly, if it isn't then the washer will make a lot of noise.

We bought this a month ago and are so happy we picked this model. It has all the features we love and need and is so user friendly. I especially love the large capacity for washing blankets/bedding. I am a loyal LG user and fan.

This has been the best washer I’ve ever had. Replaced a Samsung. Love the light inside, the notifications when wash is done, super large size to do my family of 7 laundry in less loads and less time

So far very good! I would definitely recommend! I do suggest choosing the installation if you don't have a couple of strong backs to help you. These units are very heavy.

Great Washer! Is very large and spacious. Only weird part is that you have to wipe down the window part from the inside because water does get stuck there.

Absolutely love this washer. Washes good and I love the slide over thing for the compartments. I can't say enough good things except for they need to make a iPhone app for the washer as it's wifi compatible but only has android app right now
