Working fine, no problems yet, although we had to call tech support when we somehow hit the child lock & couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

The washer was purchased to replace the 12 year old LG washer/dryer we had. This unit has not disappointed yet. Super quiet as well!

We can easily fit everything from a king-size bed in one load. It washes quickly and gently. We are thoroughly satisfied.

This thing does everything except mix drinks and serve them to you. My girlfriend loves that she can leave the house with it on and control it and receive messages regarding functions via the App while she's away from home! Additionally, we had to go to the top of the line model to get the model that has an tilted wash bin to assist in draining so standing water that is left doesn't remain in the bin to cause mildew and smell up the unit and the laundry room.

This was a major upgrade from the previous washer i owned. It cleans well, fast tons of options, works well on dog beds and even refreshes pillows

Quiet, and easy to use. Had to switch the door to the right side but it was easy.

Installation was smooth, it does a good job washing, and I was able to connect to my wi-fi and phone application easily for remote control and notifications.

Excellent washer with huge tub. Looks great in our laundry room. App tells me when the load is finished.

So far it appears to wash correctly. Haven't really got in to the special features yet.

This washer is quiet and cleans well! The spin cycle is almost silent. Just make sure you remove the shipping bolts in the rear.

The new crop of iOT enabled gadgets with a large plastic see-through doors and sliding panels that reveal a littany of detergents, add-ons and alerts for more than a dozen pre-defined "cycles" are very appealing. But the quality of workmanship and enduring robustness of the workhorses of yesteryears have been sacrificed in exchange for this medley of glitter. We see some untested protrusions in flaps within the washer that feature leaky drips ... that are explained by service folk as "air pressure buildup in the pipes within"...... like I should care. The overall usability of this washer (and other washer products in the market) are still in the process of converging at the desired level of delightful customer experience as they innovate and iron out kinks with each subsequent model increment.

I love this washer. Very efficient and has a settings for every type of cleaning you would need.

Large capacity, great preprogrammed options, fast and efficient loads, clothes come out smelling great and are very clean.

Load size is great. Can make 2 regular loads into one. Touch screen and operate quietly. Happy with the purchase so far. Good use for king size comforter.
