My first experience with an LG appliance and I must say its been terrific so far. There are a ton of great features here, but ill just summarize by saying its easy to use and it just works! I've been very pleased with this product so far.

Love this washer, and even though all of the buttons are somewhat intimidating, the ease of use is amazing.

Bought this item online site unseen for my wife, she was very pleased at how well this washer works. It is very user friendly. The only thing I would say was an issue is, we put it on a pedestal washer and it shook the house pretty good during the spin cycle when it got of balance. I looked into the manual a bit and found that it was not leveled properly, my fault. Leveled it and have not had an issue since. It is also very quiet we do not even hear it till the cycle is done ant the tone rings letting us know its done.

Gets the clothes cleaner than any washer I have had in the past

When I say upgraded I mean it this washer has so many features! My favorite is every load I put in is clearly a different amount and my washer scensors it and puts the appropriate amounts of time needed for that load.. so no extra time or water wasted!! And clothes all smell amazing

Options galore suitable for any large family with different needs in a laundry machine. Don't get hung up on the WiFi app for anything more then getting alerts when cycles are done (clunky and really can't load the clothes from the app; set it from the panel).

This is my first "smart" washer. It has many washing setting, Normal is the default one. Its great, measures how much clothes are in the drum and adjusts the washing time. I've only had this washer for a month, so no issues yet. Only Con would be the dark glass. Although it looks cool, you can't see the clothes getting washed.

Through the first few washes,this machine has run fine. We will need more time to explore all the bells and whistles.

So much better than the set that builder had put in our new home... those did not make a year and half! Decided to go with a front load do to these top loads never enough water, at least with a front load even conserving water the towels get wet thru out!

Works wonderful so far, clothes come out so much cleaner and smell great ! I have used the tub cleaning cycle and that makes a big difference in the smell of the clothes. Love having it! Laura Stiles
