Powerful machine. Washes small and large loads very well. I use only organic liquid soap which gave me the best results over other machines. It’s energy efficient with water use. I’m very happy I purchased this washing machine by LG. I can use my phone to control remotely.

This washer is incredible! It has so many features and functions. It can be very overwhelming. Our clothes have never been cleaner. The whites have never been whiter. We even use scent free natural detergent and it even brings out a fresh smell of that. There's nothing like it out there!

It is a great machine however it is extremely heavy

I love my washer. My previous washer was LG and lasted 13 years. So I knew this was the brand for me. It is aesthetically pleasing...and the added convenience of wi-fi enhancement makes it easier for me to start a wash before I leave work.

What could you ask for. This is great machine washes smoothly without any noise and that's what you want.

This is an outstanding washer. There is a mode for just about anything you could want to wash. We really like the steaming option to freshen or sanitize. The WiFi options are cool...but not necessary; just a really nice perk. Definitely recommend.

I love this washer. Not sure about the Wifi feature it really does not provide any value other than let you know the clothes are ready and remind you about to clean the washer. In my opinion not worth it to pay for the WIFi feature

This washer is AWESOME! I can't believe how good it looks in laundry room. I catch myself just staring at it. Too early too tell on how it performs as it is a recent purchase but, if it works as well as it looks then there should be no issues.

I really like the features of the machine but a little on the expensive side.

Takes a little more time then I’d like dialing in the settings that I’d like it to run on, and clothes ocasionally come out more dry then I’d prefer as in I can’t even tell if the water touched some areas, but so for reliable and hasn’t broken which is all I care about. Although it does ocasionally say d8 after finished (error symbol).

This washer is excellent . The only issue is we can’t find matching gas dryer. Best Buy is out of stock, and other major retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s have discontinued carrying it.

Just purchased this washer. So, far I'm loving it! Many ways to do loads of laundry. Uses a lot less detergent & water. Clothes come out looking good. Also, like speed wash function for running quicker loads.

Lg front load washer is awesome it has a oversize tub and can wash heavy-duty loads. You can also wash a king size bed comforters. it has several. Settings to choose from. I put my wrinkled close in the setting called steam fresh and i dont have to iron my clothes.

My old washer broke and I was hesitant to spend this much money but I'm so glad I did. This washer is amazing and actually big enough to wash our king size quilt with ease and it spins items out so well that it cuts the drying time too.

After extensively reviewing options (reading consumer reviews, etc), we selected this and are glad that we did. Unit operates well, has an intuitive interface, and looks nice. The motor has a 10-year guarantee.

Nothing special, My previous unit was doing exactly the same job for 1/3 of the price , some less efficient units do better washing job. I would not recommend spending that much money, personally I somewhat regret buying it.
