I'm very please with the performance of my new appliance this is the first time I purchase this brand, management was awsome ,friendly and understanding with my need.

It a beautiful machine, with almost too many features. We have ours sitting on the matching pedestal washer, so it can be a little noisy when it is spinning a heavy load. But it does a great job.

Clothes are cleaner and I use cold water cycles everything just washes so much better I really like the turbo wash off so all in all my clothes are just so much cleaner I love it

I love my washing machine is that weird to say!!! The LG come with WiFi that connects with your phone using a app.. How cool is that it tells you when the machine is done or you can start it with your phone!!!!!

Absolutely love this washer. I actually don’t mind doing laundry now. The only downfall is that the start button and pause are so sensitive.

It's a great washing machine, it cleans well, and has a sweet melody when it is done. The cons: you have to wipe it down after every use then leave the door open so it doesn't rot the rubber seals. It has so many selections, which I thought I'd use, but so far, not really, but I've only had it for a month ☺️

This washer not only does a fantastic job, it also is connected to your smartphone so it will send you a push notification when the cycle is complete. Very nice touch! I recommend this to anyone.

Love, love, love! I have 4 kids and tons of laundry. This washing machine can handle it all and quickly! I love the notifications on my phone. So convenient!

Very high priced washer. It works well for approx 1 year. It started to flood my laundry room at that time. Repair guy found that a quarter somehow managed to slip between the metal ended up burning a hole in the plastic gasket. It feel just out of warranty. They did allow me to extend past the date, but seems like a quarter in the laundry is a pretty common occurrence that shouldn't destroy the washer.

This LG washer is great and pretty to see. It does a great job on the dirtiest of laundry as well as the most delicate garments. I don't think I could be more pleased with a washer.

Great washer, but the instruction manual was deficient in several areas, but especially the section dealing with connecting to the internet and a smart phone. After reading another customer's comments, I was able to figure it ou.

Great washer. Good for large families and washing bedding such as comforters, etc. lots of wash options including some that are downloadable via the app.

My only problem with this product is that the hose connecting to the fabric softener port keeps getting gummed up. It is really annoying to have to take the top off every couple of months to clean it out so that the reservoir will drain properly. Other than that, I love this washer!

So far so good. It has really cut down on how long laundry takes with 4 active kids. Much larger then the standard.
