Since I was getting the washer, I figured I get a matching set. The dryer is fantastic! It's so big you could put almost anything in it. The sensor works well, getting everything dry in less time than I imagined. I cannot get the app to work, though. And, a silly thing really, I wish the little song that it plays at the end was different from that of the washer because if you're not in the same room you really can't tell which one is done.

Drain hose on inside of washer was kinked. Then pump went out. Now some plastic ring on around drum has broke and mysteriously went missing geek squad has no idea how it could have just disappeared, now I’m stuck with no washer till June cause they have to order a whole new drum. Bestbuy won’t replace cause it’s still under factory warranty so I have to wait until that’s up and it breaks down 3 more time.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.washer cleans great and is exceptionally quiet. the laundry room is right next to the family room and we can leave the laundry room door open while its running. only issue is the ios app doesnt work or is unreliable on the apple phone that i am using. just be careful when closing the door if no pedestal because the buttons are on the door itself

Only bad part is that it took so long to get. Had to reorder it three times. First one should have come in on July 4th. We didn't get this one until Sept 11th. We still haven't gotten the dryer. It's now Oct. 9th. and it isn't expected to show up until. Nov. 9th. Not happy with delivery times by LG.

BUT I got this because I wanted to automate this with time or my phone. I CANT! yikes... I have to leave the unit on, PROGRAM IT to listen to my phone.. THEN I can start it using their app. This is advertised as though you can integrate it with IFTT or some other smart application. I wasnt able to sadly.

Love the large drum

I wish the light came on inside when you open the door after the wash cycle ends. The front of the washer, the cycles are hard to read, Wish there was a hand wash cycle too
