I tried to return or exchange the product especially when the salesman noted us we have 30 days if we were unsatisfied. Turned out major appliance are 15 days returnable/exchangeable!!!!! Now I have to deal with the manufacturer. Ugh!

I'm not going to buy an LG phone just to get this to work. This was very misleading.

I have a teen with some prevelant odors. My last machine (samsung) didn't have any issues cleaning it, but the top was rusting and the lid had a recall so we got a new set. Fairly disappointed in the performance of the machine

Makes horrible grinding noises and smells burnt. $2000 washer, couldn’t last 2 years even with following all maintenance suggestions. Wont purchase another front load LG

Noticed dry soap bubbles up at the top container where the soap goes in, kind of a weird thing, but could bother us.

Buyer Beware

Then, one day, it won't tumble. The computer turns on, but nothing happens when I start the cycle. Warranty is up, so LG recommends replacing the console - 3 weeks to get it - no change. LG then recommends changing something else at the tune of $800 - obviously not doing that. LG leaves us hanging with this $2000 paperweight. thanks
