Word to the wise--stay away from LG washers. We purchased an WM9000HWA and approx. 6 months later, the tub cracked. Response was fantastic to start. Had a repairman there within 2 days. He diagnosed the cracked tub and stated he had never seen anything like it. Thought was it was damaged in shipping, or a manufacturing defect. He recommended we request a new machine. Stated he does not do tub replacements because LG does not pay him enough to do the repair. Contacted LG to find a new repairman--took almost 2 weeks to get another repairman. Repairman came out on 2 Apr 18 (almost 3 weeks from 1st call). Took 4 days and 28 hours to get the old tub out, and the new tub in. Wasn't getting to our house until after 4pm each day, and staying to well past 10, and 11pm nightly. He kept saying he was almost done when we would ask him to leave. Didn't have the proper tools to remount the spring. Told my finacee at first he was going to "McGyver" the machine up. Then later told her we didn't need that piece. He then leak tested the machine and it leaked all over the floor. He didn't tell us when he left that night there was water all over the floor. Told my fiancee the motherboard was bad. He had to have toasted the motherboard as he would not have been able to leak test the machine. This guy has never come back. After talking with LG again, one rep told me he couldn't do anything as the repair was still assigned to the repairman and he had no updates from the repairman. Rep told me it was MY PROBLEM that he had not received an update from THEIR REPAIRMAN. Finally talk with another supervisor who refers back to the first repairman. I spoke with him on the phone and he stated he didn't want to come out because of what he fears to be a huge mess that the last repairman left. Finally--at least I thought, our case was referred to the resolution team. Their response was we need to continue with the repair as the parts are already there!! Going on 7 weeks without a washer, and it has been a nightmare trying to get someone out to service the machine. We have asked several times to have the machine replaced. LG DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and its obvious. We will be filing a lawsuit, reporting to the BBB and whatever other remedies there are.

GREAT washer/dryer but the fine print is the wifi does not work on apple products. Only droid.

This washer is awsome.It does everything and then some.Wireless feature is my favorite, it even lets you know when the washer load is finish. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE.It is larger than your average front load washer.

We purchased our washing machine late 2020 and had it repaired twice. It worked great the first couple of years. We are now in the process of exchanging our washing machine due to so many problems.

In less than 3 years of ownership, the drain pump of my LG washer broke. My options to get it fixed were either a $300.00 repair, or for me to try and fix on my own. Since $300.00 is ONE FOURTH the entire cost of the washer, I'm going to try and repair on my own. I'm so disappointed in this washer. It's the most expensive washer I've ever purchased, and literally the only time I've ever needed an appliance repaired. I would recommend avoiding LG washers.

Nice touch screen display. Quite spin cycle if not over loaded. If overloaded it will take forever to rebalance it self. sometime that won't even work so you would have to do it yourself by removing a few clothes out of the washer.

Bait and switch on WiFi features. Only after it was bought, delivered, and installed was I told that LG WiFi features are not supported on iPhone iOS only android. So don’t pay up for WiFi features if you have an iPhone.

Nice machine when it is working. Main electronic board replaced 2 months after I received machine and machine will not power up again and stopped in the middle of a wash cycle. 4 calls to LG in less than 5 months for this machine...
