Unless using the turbo setting, some of the settling are much longer than I expected. Works great, lots of settings for different purposes. Noisier than I had expected, but not bad considering how well it works.

We use this machine for our nonprofit which involves pets. We wash large blankets, dog beds, etc. and could not do so without this large machine.

it a great washer for a big family. if you do not want waste time waiting and need to wash a lot at once, this is your machine. i'm just using it now for 3 weeks, lets see what happens

A ridiculously easy machine to use. Setup was a breeze and the washing cycles available make management of our weekly washing quick and easy.

Great front washer, so far, no serious issues. The only thing that I would care to mention, is the removal of excess water after each wash. I would rather not have to ensure I drain any excess water from the front seal after every wash. Though its not a must, it does help eliminate the potential for mold and related issues. Be nice if the washer did this automatically after each wash instead of me having to do it manually each time.

I love that I can clean comforters at home now. This Machine is user friendly, My 12 year old son is doing his own laundry now.

This is the right size for a 6 member family. It's quick and effective. As a precaution, we use powder detergent, wipe down the inside glass, dry out with a towel the rubber in the door, and have a once a month (at least) Sani wash to make sure that it doesn't mold. It also helps living in Colorado. Overall, it was a great buy at Best Buy...very competitive pricing.

This is my first high efficiency washer and wow have washers come a long way since the agitator days. I was so fascinated that I turned the LED light on to watch part of a cycle. My clothes are clean and the high speed spin cycles gets the clothes remarkably dry. I have had the out of balance warning occur only once with a large comforter and sheets in the same load. The washer capacity is huge. I haven't had any mold issues as of yet because I'm always sure to keep the door cracked and it dries out quickly. I'm happy that I purchased this washer. It was expensive but I bought it on sale so it was less painful.

I'm really happy with this washer. It's replacing a 11-year old Neptune washer and this one has so many more settings and has already managed to brighten our clothes after just a few washes - no changes in detergent or settings.

Such a big time saver with its huge capacity and it washes way faster than my old washer. All the different cycles are great.

Great washer , I can actually Wash my big comforters and they come out clean, also the quick wash option is great , it cleans really well qbs under 25 minutes.

This washer is great because the king size comforters fit perfectly in the washer.

Been disappointed with the washer. It washed about three loads and then we had an electrical issue. Told it was the board. A WEEK later the board was replaced. Went to use the washer and it would not even start. Get the idea of how long with no washer. We are a family of six. NOW I am sitting WITHOUT A WASHER AGAIN and had to spend A LOT at the laundry mat. This is so not good as I broke my foot and I have to deal with a cast on my foot and pain as well. To top it off, was informed there was a recall for the problems I have had. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE HAD IT FIXED BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME. Needless to say, they are coming to take it back and we are replacing it. Do not purchase this washer without being sure they have fixed it's recalls. Also larger then standard so may not fit your space. Personally think LG owes me an apology and at least coverage of expenses for laundry and gas for not fixing it before selling it.

We were very happy with our previous LG washer and dryer. We do about 2 to 3 loads a day. We got our money worth from our previous washer and dryer, used it for about 10 years and it finally gave away. LG really outdid themselves. Great washer, great features, awesome looking. A bit expensive but well worth it. The steam cycles make the whites come out really white. Don't need bleach anymore.

This washer is so user friendly and efficient. I would recommend this to mothers of teenagers and everyday users.

Bought this for a vacation rental so we could turn over the bedding quickly. Holds a lot of laundry and has lots of cycles to choose from. Great so far!

I bought this front load washer and am very happy.

Replaced my old LG washer and dryer with this set. Holds plenty of laundry and washes clothes very quickly. Haven't used the steam option yet.

We have a resort and do a lot of laundry every dat. This machine holds a larger load and you can put it on a quick wash to save time.

So far we are very pleased with our purchase. Only downside was high price however seems to be on sale now unfortunately for us.
