The washer looks very good but i had some issues

The delivery guy was very helpful in getting that piece and putting It back. But somehow the problem still remained and when we ran the next cycle, again the water spilled all over in the laundry room. Waiting for best buy to come and fix it.

motor crashed in the second week of having it

The washer makes this really loud thumpping noise when it's on and when using it the other night starting to burn out. Really unsatisfied and bestbuy won't swith it out because it's outside the return policy. We expected better so be ware when trying to by this LG product.

It has proven itself to be superior to other brands we have owned. Although I must now have someone come out and find out why it has created a water hammer situation.

There isnt anything we cant wash but it took some training to teach the kids..not just the load and wash routine.
