I read the reviews before purchasing and I agree this is a very good washer. I especially love the load sensor that regulates the amount of water automatically. The instructions were easy to follow. I definitely am pleased with this washer. The only issue I have is that I am short and I need a step stool to reach the clothes. The trade off is that it has the capacity to fit a big load. Very pleased!

Does larger loads better than I thought. Controls are easy to use.

Accomodates full set of king size bedding and furniture throws easily. No problems maintaining balanced load. Adjusts to smaller loads automatically. Default settings are usually fine but lots of options if needed. Operation is smooth and quiet. Installation by Geek Squad was great! On time, very helpful with set up and orientation to the machine. Very pleased with this purchase.

Love this washer. So many neat features. So far it has performed great.

We have had a lot of difficulty with washing machines so we spent a lot of time researching washers. This was the one that kept coming up for us. I am so happy with our choice. It does clean well and if you use the Turbo Wash feature, it cuts the washing time. I am happy with all of the features. It does take longer if you want to sanitize with a steam cycle, but the clothes are so clean! I have not had a washer that cleaned this well before. It is really helpful to read the manual thoroughly so you can fully take advantage of all the features. I like my washer so well, that I do not delay doing my wash and I look forward to it...Kind of weird to think about liking to do laundry...

Great washer. Great capacity. Quiet and very little vibration.

I'm loving the sanitary cycle and getting used to this new way of doing laundry for extended time cycles, but I'm thrilled my sheets aren't getting torn anymore by an agitator and love the steam and sanitize cycle.....clothes are much cleaner..... now I do press the extra water button on every load, cuz it just doesn't look right to have so little water...so that works for me

When I saw this washer in the store I was amazed but when I finally came around to purchasing the washer and took it home, well.... it's a whole another beast. This machine has so many features that my mind was blown. It even has a feature to download certain washes so you can later use it for certain clothes. Don't think about it anymore and don't just buy it but BEST BUY IT!!!

I've had this washer about a month and I love it so far. My clothes feel so much better than with my old washer. I don't think my old washer rinsed or spun like it should. This washer spins so that it takes less time for clothes to dry. I have to stand on my tiptoes to get clothes out but I love the size of the tub for bedding so I don't mind reaching.

I came from an apartment with a tiny washer and dryer. Very basic, but did the job. I bought this washer bc I wanted to be able to wash as much as possible at once. This washer has been awesome. I can load a ton of stuff at once and it all comes out clean. Haven't had issues with spots of detergent or anything on clothes. The different settings are extremely useful too.

I had originally purchased the front loader washer and dryer, however the layout did not work in my laundry for the front loaders. Therefore, switched to the top loader in the same brand, quality and functions as the LG front loader. I am happy to have made the switch, the washer has a very large capacity less maintenance and upkeep compared to the front loader

Only after a few washes, the machine works well. It is weird or different not having a agitator but seems okay. Wash cycles seem to be longer then simple washer. Must select steam to run a steam cycle even though the dial is selected a steam setting. Overall good washer, no issues, really no audible noise or vibrations even at a high spin.

Quiet, high efficiency machine. Gets laundry really clean and soft.
