This washer is designed to use a minimum of water, it senses the weight of load and adjusts water use from there. There are many washing options from simple permanent press to being able to wash water proof clothes or to steam clean. The tub is deep and if you are not very tall it may be challenging to reach the bottom to remove clothes. I am 5'5" and sometimes have a hard time reaching that last sock.

By far the best washing machine I’ve had. Whites are whiter, brights are brighter, colors pop, and darks STAY DARK! Doesn’t shrink my clothes, doesn’t snag onto loose fabric, even washes my shoes and hats! I love it.

Very large. You can fit so much in this machine. I've used it many times now and really like it. One thing I've noticed is the laundry soap container is a little hard to access. It doesn't pull out very far, and it's hard to pour soap in it. But other than that, everything else is great.

This washer has been great. I swear my clothes come out cleaner. I had stains on an old bathing suit from sunscreen and it took them right out. Also, I have found that it wrings the clothes out better. Well worth the investment!!

I absolutely love this washer! At first I thought it was going to be a hassle to work this machine properly, but I was just thinking into it too hard. It has many cycles for cleaning your laundry. It cleans clothing very well and I have no complaints on this product!

I used to have a front loader that developed a funky smell and was difficult to manage bending stretching to locate pesky socks caught in the back of the machine. It was larger, noisier, and bulky. Now, a couple of years later, I have noiseless, quite beautiful, wager and drier and each has a huge drum where nothing gets caught in a corner; I have no odors from either machine, and these are so simple to operate. They stay clean and sparkling due to the streamlined shape. Such attractive color too. But, we all know the condition of clean clothes is the true judge of a machine. These are good in most cases. The only shortcoming is this: king sheets take much longer for me to dry than I am accustomed; the bottom sheet gets caught up in itself and needs untangling and retried each time.

Used only twice but love the capacity and it is quiet. Was really easy to install.

Awesome washer had it over a month now no issues easy to use. Its hard to reach bottom though for the socks and undies lol. Its still awesome though. I can wash huge loads with ease.

This washer is huge! Just when you think you have enough for a full load, there is still plenty of room. We use to do loads of laundry everyday for our family of 5. Now we only need to do loads every few days. Large loads and fast wash times. Glad we made the purchase!! No smell from this top load washer, unlike the front load we had. We have no complaints so far that's why I gave it 4 stars.

This tub basin is DEEP and holds plenty of laundry. So far, so good. LG dryer we own has done such a great job, when our unreliable Maytag broke down for the third time in 7 years, I simply purchased LG based on several other LG appliances we own.

Despite all the features this washer has been pretty easy to use - just "dial in" the type of load and adjust as needed. Clothes have come out clean and don't seem to be getting "worn out" as much as with our older model washer. Nice knowing that we're also using much less water.

Very happy with this washer. Our laundry is upstairs next to the bedrooms and the anti vibration makes a significant difference in the noise level. Super quiet. Cycle options are great. Couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

Excellent cleaning! Turbo mode cuts wash time by about 1/3 without affecting washing quality. Very quiet; we can run ours at night even though the laundry room is immediately adjacent to our bedroom..

This machine is terrific - cleans well and is roomy enough to wash HUGE loads if necessary. It is a little loud, but the efficiency of the launder and the water-saver is worth it. Attractive, too. While it has a huge tub, it is also compact in depth - fits into my tiny laundry space, compared to most other new models which were too deep.

Had to replace old LG which went off balance constantly. Love the new one - minimal water on washes but get everything washed; ample water for rinses. While initial wash time estimates may seem excessive, it adjusts downwards once it calculates load size.

In the last 10yrs we've had a GE, Whirlpool, now we just bought a LG. So far we noticed it is very quiet and the clothes smell better. Before we never noticed any smell when moving them from washer to dryer. Hoping LG lasts longer than the first two!

My wife says she loves it. That's all that I need to say. Seriously, we had concerns moving from a central agitator top-loading washer. But this one has performed well. Clothes are clean, wife is happy. What else do I need?

Great so far. Stem option is useful feature. Very large capacity.

I did a lot of shopping for this washer and dryer. LG is a great brand and the only item this dryer does no have is the restricted area on the top for a really really small load. For $500-$700, for me it was not worth the extra money

This is the first new washer ive bought and overall i really like it! It doesnt seem like it would get your clothes as clean at first because of how little water it uses but it does. However i do think it does best when you use the water plus feature. Also clothes come out almost dry which cuts the drying time.
