I have had mine for over a year now and I still love it! it holds a lot of clothes and has a bunch of different wash modes to chose from. I do prefer the top load versus the front load as well

I bought this after having 4 lg front loaders and got tired of the poor draining problems and mildew growth. The top load design is a big improvement - easier to load, faster wash times, and better performance.

This LG top loading washer is outstanding. It has 14 cycles and 14 special options. My wife has allergies, and I wanted this model to sanitize the clothes. The wash tub is huge. It is quiet enough. The quality seems excellent.

This is the first large capacity washer I've ever had with our family of 6 and I love it! I can't believe how much laundry it holds. The control panel was easy to figure out and I really like all the options like sanitize and allergen.

I chose the LG based on Consumer Ratings from Consumer Reports as well as reviews I read on-line from the LG site and reviews from the Best Buy site. The washer is performing well and I have had no problems with the machine itself.

The first machine that was delivered was never right. It was always out of balance no matter how careful I was with loading or how small the load. It creaked and squeaked and i had them come out to service it but they said it was a lemon. The next machine was great and I am so happy! Clean clothes, easy to use and no squealing!

My husband is an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. We had a set of stackable, front-loading machines previously, which were about five years old when BJJ got intense and we had a laundry problem. Heavy, super absorbent cotton gis/ kimonos drenched in a gallon of human sweat descended upon our laundry room six days a week. To be clear, I don't do laundry, my husband does. He struggled for years to get the front loading machine to actually thoroughly clean his gear. The front loader could not keep up. Gis became musty, dingy, gross. I had to smell it. Then we bought this machine. It cleans everything. Gis are clean, our king size down comforter is clean, our dogs' beds are clean, it's amazing. I love this washer.

We were undecided on what type and brand of washer to get and got a great custom service agent at Best Buy that assisted us in making our decision and until today it has worked amazing with all the many features it has.

I love that this washing machine has such a large capacity as this is the first time I have been able to put a comforter in a washer. The settings work well for each load and I couldn't be happier with this machine

Love the washer. Big and quiet. Cleans good. Never received the manual for it. Don’t let Best Buy tell you it doesn’t come with one. I called the manufacturer and they said a manual is included. I told them that and they still wouldn’t help me.

We love this washer! Previously we had the front load LGs and although great mold would grow. These are perfect! 1 month in and no mold and cleans wonderfully. Money well spent!

Easy to use. Purchased this one after going through 2 Samsung front loaders that didn't even make it a month between the 2 of them. Months later the washer is still going strong. Would rate it 5 stars but the front loader seemed to wash the clothes better than the top loader did. At least for the time they did work.

Best Buy matched the price on our clothes washer & dryer. Washer is very quiet and the dryer is much quieter than our previous model. Delivery and installation went off without an issue. Highly recommend

We are very happy with the purchase of the LG washer and dryer. Very quiet. Our last washer and dryer we couldn't hear the tv with the doors closed but now we can hear the tv even with the doors open. Washes and dries great.

This machine is huge. It handles washing our king size quilt with no problems. The steam option is great and gets stains out of clothes. Love all the presets cycles. Have not downloaded any new presets at this time

My washer arrived about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Clothes are cleaner and it is quiet. Have not used all the cycles yet. The end cycle signal is loud enough I can ear it in the back bedroom. I love this.

This is my first washing machine and after reading reviews I decided to go with this LG 5.2 top load model. It senses the load and fill the water based on load and also I tried without putting any clothes in the washer but still it fills the tub with water. Washed only once so far and playing with all other options.

This LG washer has a large capacity to fit king size comforters or heavy duty work clothes. This is a must washer for large families. I love being to wash laundry using the LH app while I'm away from home.

The washer works great, I love the feature where you do not have to choose a load size as the washer senses how much water to use. Its quiet and effective. I have no complaints so far, since using it for about 3 weeks.

Took the in store recommendation and the online reviews that painted an awesome picture of this washer. It's the best, still learning all the features but laundry day is no longer a challenge. Very quiet and efficient.
