After doing research for about a couple months after purchasing a new home we decided on this washer and compared to all previous washers this one is amazing! I would definitely recommend the LG top loaders.

Looked for top loader and decided on this model rated best by consumer reports. Lots of features and cleans clothing very well. Does not spin out as much water as front loaders so clothes require longer dry time.

The washer is fantastic. It is more spacious than any washer that we have had previously. We especially like the top load future. The variety of cycles is also amazing. All of our clothes come out smelling like flowers.

When delivered the team was very polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. The product has many cycles which is a plus. The large capacity is one of the reasons I bought this so I could wash comforters in it. I also like the small amount of soap it uses and still cleans everything.

Going all LG in the new house was a smart decision! Love this washer ( & Dryer). Huge capacity gentle on clothes unlike some HE washers) Very easy to use Saving water and energy is a plus

This machine works very well. It takes a moment to sense and balance when it starts up. I have not had any issues with it balancing, although I am careful to wrap larger things like comforters evenly along the outside of the drum. I chose this washer over another because it is slightly larger and is good for washing king size bed sets. However, the dryer that goes with it tends wrap sheets up inside of one another when drying more than one set and they take multiple cycles to dry, so there is not much benefit to washing larger loads of sheets and blankets. Although I cannot do large loads of blankets and sheets, the dryer is able to dry very large loads of clothes well, so the larger washer still cuts down on laundry time.

This washer is quality thru and thru , very well made , a exceptional warranty, and great looking. Does a excellent job washing all types of clothes with its 14 settings . Wife loves it !

This washer is pretty good. Only some nitpicking gripes like having to hold the start button to execute the cycle, or climb into the washer to dig out your clothes haha but that’s my fault for buying a large top loading washer haha. Overall very good washer and great service in delivery and setup.

I bought this washer to replace my Maytag is starting to break down. The washer has no agitator but washed very good and quiet. I have washed clothed at least 15 times since I bought it. Very happy with my purchase.

For a family of six having a big washer with numerous wash options is a must. The capacity of this washer is amazing and the different settings are perfect for everything from baseballs uniforms to ballet tutus.

Recently purchased this washer to replace old Samsung washer. Very pleased with all aspects of washer especially how little noise it makes. Would definitely recommend this washer and matching dryer.

After researching washers, I chose the LG. I have been very pleased with the water savings, the many wash choices& ultimately the best cleanliness of our clothes. A great choice!!

Great washing machine! It's nice and large inside without being big and bulky. Love that it senses the amount of water you need and still give you the option to add more if needed. Get it!

Good washer. Really quiet can not tell it is running unless if you are next to it. Some of the cycles are long compared to my old washer. Maybe that is the way it is with the newer energy efficient washers. The large size is also good.

Long story short, We had 3 bad samsung washers in less than one year!! I I do not recommend buying samsung washers. This LG seams to be doing good so far, if it breaks I will update this review. For now it gets 5 stars. Happy wife = Happy Life... at least thats what they say. My good friend has an LG washer and dryer that is 12 years old and has never had a problem with them, so I hope we get similar results. Good Luck

Only used a few times so far. Still learning. Works well. Quiet. Wished you could program music choice if you leave this option on. permanent press is too good-leaves dress shirts too wrinkled-have to try normal or steam options

My new LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White provides excellent cleaning results, however, I find the washing time incredibly long (some as long as almost 3 hours for "sanitizing") , not "cutting washing time in half" as noted above. The basket is deep and I need to stand on a step stool to reach the bottom for those last few items ( I am 5'3" tall). Also , I am yet to figure out how to adjust the temperatures ( I admit I have not read the manual) but, the washing machine does seem to know this automatically and what I would choose, the machine seems to do automatically (e.g. hot for whites, cold for colors, warm for permanent press). Not quite sure how it does that but am happy with the results. When the load is finished, there is water condensation on the lid which I then leave up to evaporate. Overall, I am not displeased as my clothes appear very clean but just some things need to be taken into consideration.

Bought this item for a great price and couldn’t be happier. It is very easy to operate. Senses the amount of clothes in unit and just provides the right amount of water. Great buy

This washer cut my loads in half. Takes a bit longer due to the new sensing tech, but haven't been disappointed yet. Key is to use slightly more detergent than recommended and not completely load up the tub.

Unlike my front loading washer there is no smell! The tub is huge and love the way it senses the size and adjusts the time accordingly so no wasted water trying to figure out the load size.
