I was skeptical at first, this machine was replacing a maytag Neptune, which I really loved. So I thought it had a high bar to meet. Well, it has exceeded my expectations ten fold. This isn't even the biggest capacity washer they offer and it holds a king blanket and a queen blanket at the same time and it actually churns them really well. I LOVE this machine. I hope it holds up well over the years.

Washes clothes great without using a ton of water, easy to use and we installed it ourselves. The soft close lid is an added bonus too.

Great washer holds a large load, seems like some of the clothes smell fresher than others. Wish there was more water during the washing/rinsing cycle but I guess with the new water saving feature all washers have the same issue.

About 1 month after purchase it started making a squeal during the wash cycle. I had to call LG and they stated I should check "level." It was significantly out of level (I have photos). Squeal diminished significantly after I leveled it. I'm concerned that this will impact performance life of the machine. Obviously the installers didn't level it properly. Make sure you check level after purchase - don't assume your laundry floor room is level - mine wasn't.

This thing is huge. We had a front load which was very good but this is tons better! It can do almost twice as much laundry as our last washer. Very impressed!

Love the machine! Cleans the clothes well! Like the options for the type of loads you can wash!

Large capacity, quiet operation and just what a new family with a baby needs to help keep up. Very pleased with the quality and the washing results.

This is a great, quiet washer that is very energy efficient. It spins a lot of water out of the clothes resulting in shorter drying times.

I have had no issues with the washer. Now that I know that the front load washers have had many problems and issues; I will not purchase a front load ever.

I love the sleek and modern design of it. It's also very quiet. The kids like that you can see the clothes washing through the lid.

12 years later I purchase this unit. I notice that clothes come out very clean. The vibration and noise aren’t that bad. The steam feature will make wash times 2-3 hrs. Solid product. I just use the regular cycles unless I’m washing towels I’ll use steam when I’m on the way out for a few hours. This product only uses HE soap. The chimes and sounds are cool sounding but I still miss the volume setting to silence it.

I have one of the similar models at my other house. A great washer with a giant capacity. Decided to get the newer model for my other house.

Been 2 months. So far so good. Works well. Large capacity. Slightly loud. I can hear it in bedroom. Also haven't figured out how to turn off ringtone when wash is done. I don't need to be notified auditorily wash is done.

Attractive look and works well. We had a samsung machine that was recalled. We opted to get the money back and bought this LG model. I have to say this machine works a million time better. My fiancé has stain on collar of his shirts and this machine gets it right off. Highly recommended.

I love my LG washer! The tub is huge so I'm able to wash my bulky mink blankets. I like all the options available! Great washer no issues.

Enjoy the large capacity and functionality of the machine. Have only had it for about a month but happy so far.

Can't believe the size of this washer. I can do King sized bed sheets and the blanket all at once. It cleans beautifully - whites get so white.

Quiet, easy to figure out, haven't used the steam option yet, my low-tech wife can figure it out and it looks amazing (hi-tech laundry room). The price at Best Buy was also good.
