I purchased this unit after reviewing many makes and models. I originally was going to get the Samsung Labor Day sale units (WA50K8600AV) but they didnt have Aquajet feature for deep cleaning. I was torn between this unit and WA52J8700AP/AA but LG had a great promotion and Samsung wasn't discounting this unit. My neighbor got the Samsung and ended up returning it for the LG after Samsung had to replace the Drum in the 1st week. The Samsung was a lot noisier as well. The washer cleans well as long as you load it per instructions. Water plus option and turbo wash options are amazing.

We've finally had time to get our old washer replaced and this was recommended by my sister. It is one of the top leading brands out there. I love the quality build and looks. I did have some issues with it that sometimes the "Start" button won't work. I'd have to shut it down then place the settings and start it immediately. I am not sure maybe there's a time limit before it locks the start button

I love this washing machine. It takes a little bit to figure out all the settings, and the owner's manual is HUGE, but it's done a great job on my clothes, throw rugs, blankets, etc. Everything comes out great! Still trying to figure out the 'programmable' feature, and the app for it is rather lacking, but so far haven't needed a programmable cycle.

The washer is quiet, efficient and has many useful optional settings.

I really love this machine. The controls take a bit of time to get used to. When you put the cycle on bedding, sometimes it stops prematurely sensing that it is dry. That is great when it is actually dry, but it does a false positive when you're drying a large blanket. When doing that, I suggest using a custom timer...otherwise your bedding will not dry.

I love how this washer has a sensor to determine the amount of items/weight is being used for each load for efficiency! My favorite part is the sanitary cycle option. Not only is this a great option for items such as towels but also for my work clothes-scrubs from the hospital!!! Absolutely love this washer!
