Wife wanted to replace my ancient 2002 washer with a modern high capacity machine. Automatic water level and self balancing are cool. What I don't like is that the shortest cycle is 35 minutes with some of the steam cycles taking a 90+ minutes. It takes 5 to 8 minutes to do a little balancing jig before it starts filling and washing clothing. And deep cleaning settings have 10 to 20 minute soak periods where there's no indicator the machine is still washing.

I love the look of this black stainless steel. It really classes up my mud room. It might sound odd, but I enjoy the melodic tone when it finishes. The buzzer on my old Kenmore almost seemed angry.

Searched several places for a washer and finally made the decision to purchase this washer. I wasn't sure if we needed all the features this washer has to offer but I have loved trying out the different settings. So far this washer has been worth every penny!

Very large. I could wash tons if I didn't have to separate colors. Be careful because the finish scratches EXTREMELY easy. I simple put the laundry basket against it and got a scratch on it. An for some reason, it wasn't made with the same fingerprint resistant materials as the new fridges so you will be constantly cleaning them if you are OCD.

This is a very nice looking and running washer very happy we purchased.

After replacing our dryer with the one that matches this washer, we decided to sell our current washer and get this. Wow, are we glad we did. Rated very highly by Consumer Reports, and stellar reviews everywhere else. It's really quiet, and does a great job.

Love the options & size perfect for king beddings.

LG washer and dryer are excellent. I particularly like the large washer drum and the dual open dryer door as well as the steam option to remove wrinkles.

This is a great machine. My clothes actually feel cleaner.

Washes well. Clothes come out much cleaner than my older front load washer. Auto clothing measuring for water is a great feature. The only issue I have is after washing clothes come out clean but wrinkled when washing in cold water. I was told to us the steam feature that can only be used with warm or hot water.

My wife loves it. We never had black appliances. Kind of cool and a change of pace. Runs great and cute chimes when it’s done. Only thing is it runs longer then my Kenmore washer that was replaced. Other then that it’s cool.

Got a great deal during sale. Love the agitator-less basin.

Bought to replace a 10 yr old Samsung that would not drain water. Washer is quiet when spinning, takes less 10% time than the older washer. Basin is surprising less deep cuz the design is more efficient, with less space in between the outer and inner shells. Likes the extra water function. Clothes come out quite dry.

Better then oversize Samsung front loads. Front loads got controllers in front and when you fold cloth, they fall behind and it's hard to get them. But this one got controls that prevent from cloth to fall behind the washer. I love it.

We love our LG washer. Its easy to install, the touch screen is easy to use and looks slick. The Washer is actually saving us money with its smart load indicated which measures the amount of water it need with each particular load.
