love my new washing machine. I previously had an old whirlpool washer with an agitator so this was certainly an upgrade! the best part of the purchase was the service in store! they really knew their information. It made me very happy with my choice and I knew exactly what i was getting.

This washer is one of the best out there for the price. I will never buy anything Samsung again. The Samsung recall is a joke and lately there products from cell phones to washers to tv are not lasting long.

The LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Top-Loading Washer replaced my front load LG that I had for 12+ years. This machine washes my clothing really well. Much better than any other washer I have ever owned.

This LG washer is so different than any machine I have had.It adjusts the water level on it's own. I know it will save water. It looks great, It runs great. And it was on sale. What more can you want?

The reviews were great and the washer is well built but if you don't like their preset controls you better be ready to read. They have the controls you want but are very difficult understanding. Their help line was of no help. It washes our clothes well but is way too complicated.

Intelligent washer dryer that automatically adjusts water temp, water level and washing/ drying time to what is put in machines. Also, like the two way opening of dryer door and sleek look of machines.

There are so many options to select which can be a little daunting. Once you figure it out it works great. I love the large drum and just pushing the buttons to make it go.

It is very quiet It is huge It is fancy but practical fancy My washout died and just bought this unit instead of buying a matching couple with a dryer. But now I am tempted to buy the dryer as well.

Usually buy the cheaper end of things. This time I bought a little bit higher end appliances. So far, they have been great. There was a few hiccups with the services, but Best buy made things right.

Washer works well, only thing I dont care for is it gets this bad smell, something to do with being energy efficiencent The smell will get into your clothes. You have to buy this cleaner and run a clean cycle about every couple months or less.

my family and I are content and pleased with product. Could not have made a better choice. I would recommend L.G.Washer to all friends and family. It even lets you know when cycle is finished.

I had purchase this washer and it was the best purchase I ever made. Not only is a Excellent Dryer but the many features it has and you save energy as well! I give it more than just 5 stars!

Although I have yet to was my king comforter; this machine is doing pretty good. I must say it kinda stinks a little as I have to tippy toe and hurt a rib or two to reach the bottom of the washer.

We have had it for a couple of months now and love it. Have used most of the wash cycles and it has performed greatly. Its quite and agitates well even without a central agitator. Like the glass top feature and it has a great auto balance.

I bought this washer to replace a recalled Samsung. I love all the options on this machine so much better than the Samsung. I would highly recommend this washer if you are looking for one.

I’m replacing my 10 year old LG washer with a new one. This brand lasted that long so I decided to buy it again. I have no regrets. Great washer.

Drum is HUGE and I can do less loads which means a savings of electricity, water and time. Also spins clothes to the point where they feel almost dry so it also takes less drying time.
