We've had 3 different front load machines. This is our 2nd top load LG and they've been great. Highly recommend. Not as cool looking as the front loaders, but far fewer issues.

The washer works great. Gets stains out much better than our older washer. Lots of load options. Not a “Smart” appliance, app is completely useless. Knocking of a star since it appears LG doesn’t intend to actually release an iOS app for the washer.

Went to an LG from a Samsung top loading washer and while the build quality seams strong, there are definitely less features. Hopefully the LG will hold up longer than the Samsung as it started dusting out after a couple of years on the top.

After the top of another brand just broke, I decided on this machine. The pricing was very competitive and have enjoyed it so far. Many options and for the most part it appears well made.

Looks cool and you could probably fit a cow inside this thing. However, I don't think it cleans well. It scrimps on the water even if you press the settings for extra water and extra rinse. The special HE detergent doesn't do diddley swat. I'm sure some environmental nutjob is just crapping himself for joy over these new types of washers. Well, some water "savings"--I have to wash the clothes several times instead of just once. If you have family members who actually work and get their clothes dirty, you're going to be missing the agitator bar and extra water for getting those clothes clean.

Love my new washer! I read many reviews & also looked it on consumer reports. It was one of the top washers of 2016. Very happy with my purchase & Best Buy had the best price.

Good price and washer looks good and works well. Controls are easy to figure out and use. Did research on a bunch of models before picking this one. Happy with the purchase.

I love this washer! It's great and easy to navigate. The only thing that I have to say about it is that the compartment that holds the detergent is too small. Sometimes I think that the amount of detergent may not be efficient enough to wash such a big load.

No issues yet. Bought this for my parents and I haven't heard any complaints besides the washer being a little too deep for my mom to grab clothes from (she's pretty short) however, they are transitioning from a front loader so I'm sure they'll get used to it

Bought this washer back in September and im very happy with it. This is my second set of LG appliances there work amazing. i would definitely recommend this washer.

I am very happy with my new top loader. Previously had a front loader for 14 years and decided I needed to change to a top loader. At this point I am very glad I switched.

Have used the machine for a month, no issues so far, and it performs as advertised, perhaps a little less than quiet on the spin cycle, but not loud or noisy.

Everything about this washer is wonderful....the size, cycle options, color and even the delightful sounds to let you know the cycle is complete.

My new LG washer is very different from other washers I have owned and I am still experimenting with the various washing cycles. It does make more noise than I expected but all in all I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The machine senses each load and distributes the clothes accordingly. The water level is automatically determined so that you don't waste any water. It's a great machine.

We purchased this and it's companion dryer for our new home after having an LG front load for the past several years. We love these LG HE appliances!

This washer is loaded with features. It can save water or if you need to add a rinse, it has options to do so. Super Quiet , clothes come out super clean and fresh. A++

Washer is very quiet, very easy to use and works well.

I love the many cycles to choose from. I like that I can delay my wash in the morning to be done by the time I get home from work so I can then dry it.

I'm very unimpressed with this machine. Stains our clothes! Leaves white streaks on dark clothes and stains on light clothes. I replaced my Kenmore Front Loader with this top loader thinking more water would help. I also had a mold issue in my front loader. Now, I'm regretting my decision. I think the front loader agitated the clothes more and it certainly didn't stain my clothes!! Never buying an LG machine again.
