I love to do laundry every day since it’s so efficient

Heavy duty, top loading and lots of space inside. My wife loves it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a large capacity heavy duty washer

I guess I was lucky to buy this washing machine at the Labor day for the price was great, the sales person at best buy was helpful in explaining almost every thing we need to know. The machine is great and worth the money.

Great washer, but I would like it to auto power on

I got this washer machine after the recall from the Samsung washer machine. I love the exterior color, the LED lighting, the option of both knob and touch screen. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because my washer machine makes a squeaking noise as I lean over to grab the clothes out of the machine. I called best buy geek quad and they said there is nothing wrong with it even though I have went to other stores and those don't make any noise. I believe mine might be a lemon and I plan to exchange it for the same one yet right now they are unavailable where am currently located.

These laundry dryer pair do the job! Steam it too.

I read the reviews before I purchased this washer first week of September and I am still reading the reviews, so far most people are happy with it except a few like me. Somehow it does not wash the clothes like it was suppose to, towels comes out with yellow stain on them, (before washing they did not have any satin) I tried every cycle so far. I was told that steam cycle is great but I did not see any differences. In 20 years I did not have as many ripped, torn towels, sheets and clothes as I have right now since I started to use this washer (4 months). I am using the same cleaning product. Nothing changed but the washer. when I contacted to Best Buy 2 months ago. since it was more than 1 month I purchased it they could not help me. I postpone to call LG costumer service because they are really annoying because of previous experience for dryer door switching request.

Everything I expected and more. Size is huge for my king size bedding etc. Love all the choices of settings. Couldn't be happier!

Great capacity! Can get laundry done much faster now. Very happy with this so far. Have tried many different styles and brands.

Large capacity. It takes a bit to get used to seeing that my previous washer was 28 years old. But so far so good. Looks nice and like that the controls are on the back and not right on front.

Great looking but didn't work even once. The delivery was very professional and on time. The washer didn't even go through one cycle and just kept sensing the load. Problem that there wasn't a load it it. Tried with a load of clothes and still the same problem. Would not recommend this washer to anyone.

Sorry I marked the wrong rating - it should be excellent - so happy with washer except tub is too deep for short person.

Love this washer it's so quiet and super fast. Love the open big drum it's so gentle on clothes but cleans them well.
