Great washer, some cycles seem to have a lower amount of water than I would like, can select more water to be added.

I have washed everything I could get my hands on over the last four weeks and I have absolutely no complaints!

Maybe I am just an antidotal story but the washer has broken 4 times on me now. It has spilled water onto my floor, ruined my drywall, won’t drain, flashes error messages, gets hot and smokes. Geek squad has been 4 times now with yet another part being delivered next week. It’s beyond frustrating and I’m out of the 14 day return policy, even though it takes Geek squad a week out to make each appt. I kept getting emails about reviewing this product, well there you go. Nothing good to say about it.

Good, except having a problem with dryer at this time. It is minor and am sure service will take care of it.

I really love this washer. Its very efficient, monitors the weight of the clothes and adds water accordingly and times wash accordingly too...

The water level supplied for each and every wash setting is Nowhere near enough water to clean your laundry. The laundry does Not even move around the drum therefore Not allowing the laundry to change positions and get soapy water on all the laundry. There is No center shaft / agitator in the center of the drum. It just a big open drum and I bet that's why the laundry does Not rotate / cycle around the inside of the drum. Whatever technology they came up with that they think the drum will work this way is absolutely horrible and does Not work at all. No matter how much you adjust all four feet you can Not get the drum to center even though every side is well within the bubble on the level used. The drum will always be offcenter to the right side ( right side if standing in front of the washer looking at the control panel ) some. While the drum is spinning it Shakes the washer way to much Even though the washer is 100% level on the Front , Back , Left and Right. Seems that no matter how much money you spend you still end up with junk.

this is much better than samsung product which we initially purchase and unfortunately had to return it because of factory recall, finally happy with the new LG washer

The electronics went out on this washer in less than 3 years. Cost $600 to fix. I had to buy a new one cause it wasn’t worth the cost of repair. LG warranty was only 1 year. If you buy, get the extended warranty. It was fine when it was working

It's been over a month with this washer and we love it. I'm able to make my loads allot bigger and the wash options are very nice especially having two young boys. This is making my laundry days allot more easy. Would recommend this to family & friends.

It has bad ecents and began to fail two years after buying it

This washing machine is a replacement for a 5 year old LG that was a lemon. LG bought it back and I still went ahead a purchased an LG again due to the fact LG stands behind it's products. I would recommend this product.

The washer is nice but at the end of the cycle..no matter what setting you set the load on...the clothes seem to be extremely wrinkled.

Just search LG washer rust around bleach dispenser. A class action lawsuit that was dismissed and LG calls it a cosmetic problem and not a defect. Mine was less than 2 years old and I used bleach two times. I had a Samsung that did the same thing after 5 years and they sent someone out to replace it under warranty. LG refuses to fix it. I will never purchase anything LG anything again. I love the products but I don't like a company that won't stand behind their products.

Good washer that compliments the LG dryer. It has multiple wash settings. No issues so far

I purchased this LG washer to replace a Samsung recalled washer that was only 6 weeks old. This washer's controls easier to use and has a few extra features I really like, like the add extra water.
