Love the colour and functionality. All controls are easily identified and identifiable. Really large ub for oversized item, yet takes smaller loads with ease.

This washer replaced a 16 year washing machine and it has already exceeded our expectations. Great for a family with allergies. Lots of easy to use settings.

This was a replacement for a recalled Samsung W/D that we purchased 3 weeks earlier...Sometimes things happen for a reason. I love these soooo much more!

Squeaks like crazy in the wash cycle, extremely annoying and can be heard through the entire house. Exchanging it for another one, otherwise it works well.

I regreted this purchase everyday after having it for a week. I was grateful that Best Buy was able to painlessly exchange it for a front loader. The way it washed irked me and then having to hop around to reach clothes at the bottom was annoying. Yes I could've gotten tongs or a step stool but why? I hate doing laundry so that's just not my forte. The nice thing about my purchasing experience was that they price matched Costco, wow! I did get a great deal and delivery was within a few days, Costco took a week and a half to contact me for a delivery date. So anyway, I'm happy I was able to make the exchange.

Love this washer which I purchased from Best Buy, as I had for an earlier model that I love, for a new home.

Needed a new washer and this washer is great. Nice look and the stainless look is what we wanted.

Got this as a black tie replacement for the version I bought 4 years ago. Controls are better, operates louder, finishes faster that old one I had.

I did n’t encounter such a poor washing machine again. It did n’t work after three repairs. The middle repairman left without repairing it. All the water leaked when I used it, which caused me a lot of trouble. Don't buy it, you will regret it

I had a LG before but it was not as noisy as this new one. Very disappointing!

Requires a new electronic board after only 2 years! $600 repair! Stay away. Will never buy another LG product ever.

After my 16-year old washer died, I started familiarizing myself with the new HE washers. After comparing reviews on various websites, I realized I kept seeing the same complaints for HE washers: Not enough water, does not clean. After 1 week of research, I decided on this LG because I like what I was seeing on YouTube for a couple of older models. Happy I did. Works great! There's plenty of water (and the option to add additional water) and clothes are clean. Also, fits SO MUCH. Not missing the agitator at all! On another note----Best Buy installation was NOT good. They crossed the water lines (hooked my hot water up to the cold inlet on the washer and the cold water to the hot water inlet). The lines were all tangled in the back of the washer (sloppy job!). And worse than that--they DID NOT tie-wrap the washer's outlet hose to my standing drain pipe. They just stuck it in the pipe! Made a complaint and was told someone would get back to me--still have not heard back it's almost 2 weeks!

I bought this set after a ton of research and on every site this model has the best reviews for good reason. Here's the pros and cons Pros. Tons of features, cleanes our clothes spotless. I did my entire family of 4s laundry in 4 hours, including clothes, bedding, towels, delicates. The draining cycle is a tad loud but other than that very quiet. It looks awesome. I just washed soiled work pants and start to finish was 35 minutes. The tub is massive. This is the top of the line of market right now. Cons. Like I said drain feature is a little loud. There is a learning curve. Sensor dry takes a few loads to get used to and all the settings to get it right. But once I did I had full loads clean and dry in under an hour. If you order online best buy does not prompt you to order steam dryer installation kit. I had to do myself. Best buy also did not level my dryer. They were also late for the second time. In short GET THIS SET, READ THE MANUAL. I actually look forward to doing laundry. At the price point I assumed it had wifi, which it doesnt but this is the real deal.
