Great looking washer much quieter and quicker than my previous front load as well as fits much bigger loads and I love all the different wash cycles

This has been a great washer. Very easy to operate and has a lot of room. We have been very happy with it.

Large capacity. Cleans well. The only negative it that it clicks when you first open to use. Will check into if it is supposed to do this.

This LG 5.2 cu ft 14 cycle washing machine is great. Features are outstanding and capacity is more than I imagined.

Overall, the greatest washer I’ve ever had. Cleans very large loads. Two minor negatives are 1: you can’t just do a spin cycle & 2: it gets off balance sometimes. I would still buy it again!

My old washer broke down, so I purchased this brand. Very happy with easy to use. Washes lodge loads well and quietly. Very happy with it.

We previously owned the LG Direct Drive front loading washer/dryer. We were very pleased with that set and after a recent move we shopped around and decided to purchase this version because the front-loader just wouldn't fit in the laundry room space. I am still acquainting myself with all the features, but it seems to work well. My primary complaint is that it takes MUCH longer to do even a speed wash cycle on this washer. While the initial estimate is 28 minutes, I have yet to complete a load in less than 45 minutes. The sanitize and allergine cycles take 3 to 3.75 hours to complete (the old version took 1.5 to 2 hours for those cycles.) The dryer seems similarly inefficient. It eventually dries but a large load takes forever and a smaller load takes far longer than my old front-loading version of the LG. I would give a tepid recommend for these but only if you couldn't use the front-loading LG direct drive washer/dryer which is MUCH more efficient.

I love the capacity of this washer and think it does a great job. The Black Stainless looks amazing in our new home.

I really like this machine. It gets clothes cleaner than my last machine. However, cycles take longer as it's an HD machine. Runs very quiet.

I read Consumer Reports before making any decisions, and I'm pretty pleased with this LG washer. It chooses the amount of water for the load based on the load itself, and so far it has made good choices - there appears to be plenty of water. It does pack some power - it completely destroyed a rug, I should have washed it on delicate. I always choose the extra rinse mode, as I've found that 2 detergent pods will be a bit too much detergent for a full load. Overall, it cleans great and the options are plenty.

At first, it seemed odd to have a machine with no agitator in the center. However, after using it for a few weeks, it cleans perfectly.

This washer is excellent. I just washed a king size comforter with no problem. Way better than the front loader that I used to have!!

I bought this to replace a Samsung that was two years old and sounded like it was falling apart. We've had the LG for two months and so far so good. Very quiet machine first off. I can't hear it washing clothes until the chime goes off at the end of the cycle. I can reach the bottom of the tub where I could not with the Samsung. Has plenty of settings for all laundry types. I'm hoping it will last us a long time but of course only time will tell. We wash at least 1 load of laundry per day and 2-4 on weekends.

The installation was quick and timely. The machine works great and I'm able to wash comforters and delicates.

I love having this large top loader to soak things again vs front loader. Quiet and easy operation. Highly recommend.

This wash machine was great for my family it could wash blankets I'm soo sad that it wouldn't fit through my door and for the price I got it for was a steal it sucks :( but definitely a great buy

A well designed appliance. A bit on the expensive side. My wife and I are 'old school' when it comes to appliances. We haven't needed a new washer for over 15 years. We just need our clothes cleaned. This unit has all the bells and whistles (maybe too many). We haven't even used half of them. Some cycles seem really long (over an hour) and my wife is not happy because for an 'agitator free' design she says her clothes are coming out very wrinkled. But maybe that is just some settings we need to experiment with. The spin cycle really spins the clothes. If you set this too high, your clothes will come out wrinkled. But It's fun to watch it wash your clothes.
