Ok I been having issues with this washer I purchase it because it had good reviews but honestly I think my washer was defective it doesnt wash my clothes good it makes noise I call and they couldn’t exchange it so they came to fix it and it still making a loud noise and it bangs loud honestly it sucks I paid so much money for a defective washer

never recieved the item since there were a lot of dents when it arrived.

This washer has some excellent features, cleans great, and is quiet. But very costly. I was fortunate to get it deeply discounted as open box.

I've had this washer for 4 years. It gets almost daily use. I love it! I can do king sized comforters in it. Or I can do a full hamper of clothing. It's amazing. It has been reliable, easy to use, relatively quiet, and efficient. Tip: you don't need much detergent at all. I don't put in more than the minimum fill line. I love that I can set a custom program. This worked well when we had cloth baby diapers. Cons: It needed one repair which was covered under warranty. I blame my well water but who knows. The valve that lets the cold water on/off failed and wasn't opening. I'm seeing one fleck of rust under the detergent drawer after 4+ years of use. Otherwise this has been a great machine. Would definitely recommend

After the nightmare we went through with the Samsung dryer - there are no complaints!! We are happy with our purchase.

This is a great washer. It does a good job getting clothes clean and offeres a lot of different wash cycles.

Wow!, very disappointed in this washing machine. My family have many clothing items that were destroyed by this machine leaving bleach spots on our colored cloths. We've contacted LG and their solution of rinsing the dispenser before washing is not a solution as we continued to have this problem. In-addition, we now have bleach leaking from underneath machine.

Love the fact that I can wash my King size comforter and still have space left.

I always wanted to invest in a great machine. It seems to be doing a great job so far but a few things are missing out from a quality standard: no hard water softener integrated that I can notice, and the part to add detergent seems it can break in no time. I am unsure of the longevity quality. Components seem to be made of lower quality material. The price is steep so I had higher expectations. Let's see in a year or 2....

I have not been very happy with this LG front loading washing maching. This is my third LG front loading washer and I have to say, the first two were far better. Several issues and continuing requests for repairs; also the washer's water saving feature does not allow you to add water and shorts you on water so badly that it doesn't clean or rinse your clothes, towels, sheets, blankets properly. They then tell you to use only a tablespoon of soap, which does not clean you things at all. I'm all for saving water, but it doesn't save water if you're having to re-wash soiled and re-rinse soapy clothes. tt also does not have a 'just drain' feature. Not happy with this machine and will go with another brand next time I purchase.

It’s ok I liked my lg signature washer better. Was what was in stock

Broke after one year of use. Bought an extended warranty, but the repair technician has been a no show for 2 days of scheduled appointments. Hoping they'll show up tomorrow....

This washer does a nice job, but it lacks internet connectivity.

We purchased this machine because our last LG was awesome and lasted nearly 20 years. The machine sounds like a freight train from the minute it showed up. We immediately called for service and was told nothing could be done. Over 2 years later we want to throw this in the ocean. Besides it having a massive vibration the clothes are never clean. Needless to say we also bought a lower end Samsung at the same time to be used on the basement floor and it works great. LG never again
